Only thing breaking the flow of gameplay was needing to press the upgrade buttons, I had a good time otherwise! :D
Thank you for your kind words <3
Enough people have commented now that I've decided that post Jam I'll upload a version with [1] [2] and [3] as hot keys for buying upgrades.
Simple & nice. I just wish there were shortcuts for the upgrades, having to break my movement is quite the end of me
I really enjoyed it! Loved the fact that the AI shoots for you and you just have to move (found the movement very difficult though but maybe that was intentional). One thing I would say is change the controls, since I am moving with the mouse it would be nice to have the upgrades bound to buttons instead of me having to take my focus off moving the player to buy upgrades
I really enjoyed this game. I wasn't very good at it but I love the concept and will definitely have to try it again when I have a mouse. Well done, really great music as well.
Really fun! I like the simplicity and the chaos.
Pretty fun and interesting concept. Nice work!
great fun, simplicity at it's best
Pip... I haven't heard this name in ages... What was it?? 1 year maybe?? Happy to see you back again... (^u^)
Ok, to the feedback now: Game is very fun and addicting, nothing to say about that, but the menu is very unintuitive imo: the little hint that says to drag stuff isn't explicit enough, and i'd say a bit hidden too. Also the theme is a bit weak on this entry imo (but then again, i'm in no place to complain about that, really -w-)
Very interesting and great game!
Great and unique Game! The gameplay is well balanced and the difficulty curve is fair, but challenging. Overall great job :D
Unique and fun game!
One small complaint though, all the upgrades spawn at the same place and when I bought a cannon, it hit the spiky ball (i forgot what its called lol) so I immediately died trying to pick it up bc an enemy spawned on top of me
It's a lot of fun! I just thought I have a hammer and then spin it over and over again to attack enemies. Actually it is a cannon.
This is a really fun experimental game! I like the theme and the core gameplay is original and interesting. The increasing difficulty also felt well-dosed. I found it hard to score high using a trackpad though.
Thanks for the game !
I really like the creativity behind this game, such a small think like needing to drag the buttons to start the game just makes it a really fun experience.
The music and background colours create a very cool futuristic atmosphere, which works well with the reasonably slow-paced gameplay. It was a bit hard to understand at first, even with what the how-to-play section explained. It controls very smoothly
Interesting idea, I enjoyed it! Took a minute or two to get the hang of how it worked, but after that it was fun flinging my heart around.
Sometimes when the coins got really close to my ship the magnet wouldn't move them which wasn't quite what I expected.
Fun game! The enemy AI is a bit too aggressive at first and you don't get much breathing room to grab upgrades. If they hung back a bit before going in for the kill it might be a bit more enjoyable.
Looks great though and I love the music!
This game is more fully realized then many I have played. I'm impressed. I like the idea, and while it could use some visual improvements, I thought it was fairly clever overall.
Neat little game, one thing that woulve been great is more feedback when you click the buttons, as often I didnt understand when I did or didnt do something. Congrats on finishing though!
Really fun and challenging !
Art is a little bit simple but it's always hard when you only got 48 hours :p
Congrats !
