such a novel concept & with flawless presentation (i especially enjoyed the level select music) you've got a surprisingly intuitive gameplay loop - difficult but very rewarding. I will admit that sometimes i got confused between which arm was which - usually once the color palette had swapped but i think that was more of a skill issue ;)
great work, really enjoyed the game!
this is masterful. the main mechanic is fun and satisfying, and the visuals are simple but nice and kind of soothing, even. I wish there were more levels and some more challenges, though; even the final levels are quite easy once you learn how to build momentum with the arms properly. still, a very fun game.
Fantastic game!! Difficulty curve is nice, great execution of the mechanic, great music, and a cool art style to top it off. Are there two secrets in the final level? I found the one at the end but the menu still says I haven't found the secret.
An absolutely gorgeous game with great oomph and responsive controls. I'm hopeless at this style of game, but I was enjoying the aesthetic so much I persisted! Beautiful palette.
Cool entry!! These kind of games are usually rage-inducing type games... but this was pretty pleasant to play! I didn't feel frustrated at all :D !! I used two arms to grab a single point as it gives me much more momentum than the two separate grabs, though I think I'm probably missing a trick...
Very stylish! Loved the minimalist GBC-style art (my favourite palette being the purple one!) and the player character made me think of the moon machine from Wallace & Gromit. Great feeling climbing controls - it's really fun to get both arms onto one grapple point and start orbiting yourself around it and then flinging away!
I had a great time playing until level 3, where seemingly the difficulty turbo spiked. I wish I'd had a level or, at least the early part of level 3 with only a few of the reappearing grips to get used to the timing and how to use them. It felt a bit like hitting a brick wall, but the visuals were fairly clear. Good stuff!
This is a 10/10. Challenging, unforgiving gameplay, similar to something like Getting Over It, but with a completely unique and fun mechanic. Art style and music is on point, and the character being an oven is hilarious. I would spend money on this if it had a few more levels. Excellent work!
Really solid concept and gameplay, I can totally see this is a commercial longer game. Great job! The only negative I can find is that I felt that the level design could have been more balanced, the first level was truly hard and it only got harder from there. But besides that, I really loved it. Amazing!
