I'm blown away. I don't usually go for text adventures but this was just too poetic and mind blowing. You earn a badge of honor, my friend

Super fun and unique.  Some of the puzzles were pretty obscure, but I like that kind of thing. Great job!

Developer

thank you so much! And great work on your game too

This is an extremely unique game! I can't imagine how you even came up with the concept for it. It was really fun going through and trying to figure out which key I needed. I was a bit confused at first, but once I found the list of a's at the button it made way more sense.

Developer

Thanks! I’m glad you enjoyed it and figured it out and didn't give up immediately :-)

Really cute and fun little game! I was smiling the whole way through.

That's a really creative concept, which I do like ! And the visuals are really neat and clean, which goes well with the game. It could be even greater with some music, and maybe by addind the different possibilities into the game directly

The game is rather difficult. I enjoyed playing it but didn't get so far yet. I like the simple clean visuals. And it's funny how the hint button just leads to a wikipedia article about 'A'.

This was crazy I don't know about the lack of audio which could compensate for the minimalistic visuals. But overall extreamly inventive game with some great puzzles. I would also love to see the "a"'s from the discription moved higher up becouse I noticed them really late when I got stuck for a good while.

Concise and fun game, had struggle to solve the puzzle but they always make me smile at the end

It's a really clever game. The riddles were pretty fun to solve.

I get 3 right , then unable to proceed. Liked the uniqueness of this game.

Very creative and experimental idea. I would love to see this expanded upon.

Very clever puzzles

thanks! I really enjoyed your game

Very creative, for me very difficult. If you wanted to expand in the future, perhaps a picture above the text that changed to tip off the clues?

Developer

thank you! that's a good idea

I really enjoyed the prose of your game, and the concept was quite original. Unfortunately, I got stuck on the puzzle about light and shadow. Overall, good job!

Developer

Thank you so much!

I got stuck at "beyond the bounds of letters",  which I'm guessing is fairly early in the game.

With that in mind, I enjoyed the palette and graphic design.

I like the idea of having to identify the right character and solve riddles, but I do wish there was some mechanism to get further hints, or in the most extreme case pick from a list of options. I didn't like having to tab out to find the answer to the second level.

This absolutely could change, but I also feel like the connection to the theme was somewhat weak. I would not have guessed this game had anything to do with scale unless I was aware of the context.

Still, I enjoyed the concept, it looks clean and professional, and I fully admit the fact I got stuck early is coloring my review.

Thanks for the great feedback! I really appreciate it. I understand where you're coming from regarding the connection to the theme, and it's helpful to hear that perspective. I'm still learning and don’t have a lot of experience in game making yet. My take on the theme was more focused on the narrative and story, thinking of it as a kind of "growth" or "scaling" towards uppercase letters-rather than in the mechanics. But I really appreciate your thoughts, and I'm glad you enjoyed parts of the game!
