I really enjoyed playing this game, at the beginning it was hard to distinguish the platforms where I could jump, but very good job, I got a 90 score

Very charming, I love the way the hat pop on the game over screen. The death threshold is a little bit tight though -  I guess making it more forgiving would creates more engaging "near death" situation. Overall a fun and beautiful game.

Such a charming game! I love the aesthetic, makes me feel like I'm on holiday! Really smooth jumping too, great work!

Got to 235! Great game, with a very nice art style!

This is so beautiful! screen scrolls a bit fast like pizza tower but the gameplay neat and playful!

The game is very bright and juicy - I like the art and the idea. The implementation is also good - it was interesting to play, the only thing that upsets me as a player is that the bar fills up slowly and I often get into a situation where I just wait until sharks eat me.

Very nice antry!

Nice mechanic, a bit hard but fun !

Very fun mechanic! Style fits together nicely, whimsical and all. Took me a moment to figure out the placement and the way that worked - I think if you animated the placement of a first one for the player to jump on, with a little “right click” icon directly over when the action occurred, it would have been a buttery smooth onboarding. Minor detractor though, nice work!

Super fun and very polished, and in just 48 hours? Impressive!

I got 179! The sound effects and visuals are very polished and cohesive, impressive for 48hrs! It's exciting when you're waiting for the blocks to generate, and the waters climbing closer and closer and you get it just in time - great tension!  Well done!

Love the art style and the 2d character on a cylinder. Reminded me a lot of like Paper Mario. Really well polished! Good job!

Very fun game! I don't think interpreting the theme of scale as climb is the best fit. But nonethless this was the best one with that interpretation that I tried!

Thank you! We took the theme as a bit of a pun; you build to scale the walls of a lighthouse. I've seen people take scale as a balancing scale or as fish scales, and personally I really enjoy such alternative interpretations, even if they're not quite what the jam intended, hence our choice.

Very very fun! I got to 218 before getting eaten by a shark. I wish you guys the best, you did an amazing job on this.

Amazing art, fun gameplay, and a great vibe. I found myself humming along to the songs a couple of times, hahaha. Hoping to see this one in GMTK's video.
