Ranked from 53 ratings. Score is adjusted from raw score by the median number of ratings per game in the jam.

How does your game fit the theme?
Both your score and ball grow and shrink exponentially in size. Breaking the scale of the score will give you bonus multipliers, but a larger ball will make it harder to aim.

its really satisfying  when i hit the ball, especially when i hit a score towards my ball. super duper polished!

Great idea! Enjoyed playing your game.

I have a feeling that using a controller (joystick) with two analogs and shoulder buttons would be a good alternative to play.

Developer

Absolutely! I really wanted to add controller support as it would have felt natural, but you know how gamejams go haha. Will def go that direction if we plan on expanding the game. Thanks for playing!

It was fun. I didn’t have that much control over where it went personally, probably because I’m not that good at the game.

Developer

you can aim with your mouse! still glad you enjoyed your time with it :)

Something between lethal league and breakout but the same amount of fun! The game is very polished and well made, a very good entry overall! The only regret I have is that there is no option to charge the bat to hit the ball with more force!

Developer(+1)

We actually thought about it, but since we ended up shifting into a design that prioritized control over the ball instead of dopamine-triggering bounciness we decided against it.

Thanks for playing!

The most polished game I have seen till now, the art, simplicity and screen shaking effects are just mindblowing, I wish this game to be in the top 20 games.

Best of Luck.

It will be a pleasure if you play and rate my game as well.

Extremely smooth and polished. Controls felt really good. Didn't quite get the scale aspect as I was playing tho. Overall well done!

Very polished! The sound effects are sooo satisfying. Love the screen shake and that it pauses when you hit something. It its a bit unclear that you can hit the sprites into other sprites. Overall really solid game and pretty addictive XD

It was fun, I like the idea of the ball growing

In 5 minutes of gameplay I didn't really understand all the nuances of how to get a lot of points, but I liked the idea of "saving your ball" from bad ghosts

The game seemed endless to me, because it is quite easy to stay alive, though, most likely I was sacrificing a huge amount of points, just mindlessly destroying all the ghosts on the screen without paying attention

Good game, good job!

This game feels like it has a lot of hidden depths with different combos, like the negative ball I was surpsied to suddenly get. Aiming was a little tricky, coordinating mouse and  character position to get an angle. I think I'd enjoy it more as a twin-stick setup but I get why that's a bad fit for a jam game where you need to work on as many systems as possible.

I really liked this.

I really liked this!!! It is addictive and fun! Reminds me very vaguely of a game called Peggle. ;) I like both this one and yours for similar reasons. ;) Also your bg art is soooo beautiful! Great game.

Feel free to give my game a try, Tinker Escape.

Cheers :)

This was really fun! It reminded me of lethal league but with a unique twist. I thought I was getting bugged out scores until I saw another person also in the comments getting a wildly high score haha. Great work!

This is fun! Lethal League PvE :D

Woooow, amazing entry!!!! The UI is awesome, and all the juicy effects! Awesome entry. We’re saving this in our game jam gems collection!

Very cool game ! The UI gives every information you need, the gameplay loop is working perfectly and is very juicy, loving it ! Good job

Really good game, love all the juice and its also a good interpretation of the theme :)

I really had fun playing this game, and it's very satisfying for sure! Tho I don't know if it's just me or I got a bug ,but the ball trail never went away, so when the ball got bigger, everything turned white :D! Other than that the game felt finished and very polished! Gotta add a modifier so you can add more balls!

Developer

Thanks for playing! The bug seems to only be present on the web browser version when playing in fullscreen for some reason (html export shenanigans). So feel free to try the desktop version!

Help this game is so hard. Or my aim is just garbage lol.

This is really cool! Gameplay is fluid and I really enjoyed the concept. Having a limited time slowdown feature was also super cool. Thoroughly enjoyed! And of course I love the fact you're called Tiny Capybara Games :P

Really fun game and very polished!

At first i thought i had bronen it because i got like -40.000.000.000 but then i understand that that was normal hahah.

I got 464.161.928.791.417.856.57 points 😎

Developer(+1)

haha part of the idea was to get people confused about the score going bonkers xD

you should try to hold onto your combo until the yellow gauge at the bottom left fills up! that's where flashy things start to happen :)

thanks for playing and we're glad you enjoyed it though!
