game looks cool. Platforming could've been refined a bit and more enemy types is always fun.
Thanks for playing, in the future we would love to add some more variety!
Beautiful character and effects design! Great job :)
Thanks for checking it out!
This is very creative but I do wish the controls were better, they present a big obstacle, still its a very impressive project.
Thanks for the kind feedback
Nice job on completing your game. That's an accomplishment!
The randomizing a new ability lends itself well to the roguelite genre, so doing that randomization across 9 lives is a cool touch. The graphics and sprites were also really nice.
The controls didn't really work for me. L/K keys are an awkward keyboard position. Is there a reason you chose this instead of LMB/RMB or Q/E or even shift/space?
And I'm sure you know this, but try budgeting time for audio for your next jam. Once you've learned how to do some light audio, it makes a huge improvement to the overall feel of your game. Give it a go!
Again, congrats on finishing and submitting. Keep making games!
Thanks for the feedback! We were trying to stick to keyboard only controls but maybe giving the player the option would have been best here. Audio is definitely something we will work on improving for future jams!
I really liked the game, the art and the idea! congrats!
if you have the time, take a look at my game, i would really appreciate your feedback
Thanks for playing! We’ll be sure to check it out
Great graphics! Animation and sounds would really decorate the game. I get an error when the opponent touches me in web version, I had to play without taking damage, lol
Thanks for playing! Yeah unfortunately we ran into a last minute issue with the web build. The stand-alone build should work ok or you can continue to use the web build as ‘hard-mode’
Nice game! I enjoyed the abilities and life system which makes progression easier (if you are lucky tho) the movement deserves a bit of polish it will serve the cool art direction!
Glad to hear you enjoyed our game!
Game is fun, I like the idea and the dice abilities are pretty useful and balanced! But when bats kills me my game crushed:D so I have to do it damageless...
Great job!
Thanks for checking our game out. Luckily the bat glitch seems to be only in the browser mode… maybe we can call that hard mode XD
I enjoyed although I felt it was a bit rough (unpolished)! But I think that the game and idea are very good! Thank you for making it!
Thanks for playing, polish was definitely something we ran out of time for but would love to add some more in the future!

it's a decent game, but the movement could be improved and when i fall to the spikes, i can't jump out and i have to refresh to play it again
Thanks for the feedback! Movement is definitely something a few people have mentioned so we’ll be looking to try and improve that in the future. We think there might be an issue with the spikes occasionally not inflicting damage as they should send you back to your spawn point when you hit them
I ended up mostly using the primary sword for killing the enemies, since the enemies were usually not visible until they are basically on top of me--making the projectile weapons difficult to use. BUT, beyond that I must say the overall difficulty is quite good. I made it through with one life left on my first try, and although getting one-shotted was frustrating at first, the fact that progress is saved helped a ton. As someone who also went with the random weapons approach, it was fun to try out all the options, and I really like the cool down icon in the top left--makes it very clear when I can/cannot attack.
Thanks for your kind feedback, glad you enjoyed the game!
Interesting game with a pleasing art-style
Thanks!
Found it a bit too hard, but the art is great!
We were originally intending for it to be a bit tricky but think we might have overdone it a bit, thanks for the feedback!
Enjoyable to play and great character design. With a little more time, I can see this guy being iconic.
Glad to hear you liked it, we’re hoping to work on this in the future too!
The game is quite beautiful, the character is not very nice to control though, it slides a little too much, the theme of the dice would have been more pushed, even if the idea of having them as projectiles is rather good. and the game also crashes when you die is quite a shame

Thanks for the feedback! We also would have liked to tweak the character movement a bit more, but time was running out, we’ll definitely be working on that in the future.
Very cute art, just needs a little bit of tightening for the character control, it felt a bit slippery at times.
Thanks for the feedback. Agreed that the character can be a tad difficult to control, something to work on for the future!
Really like the presentation, my only problem is the keyboard layout was really uncomfortable for my hands. I really wish W or Up could have been used to jump instead of space bar.
Thanks for playing! Point taken about the keyboard layout. W or up to jump makes sense, a small oversight on our part
I think the major point here is really the art nice job! had some troubles jumping over some bats but overall very cute character
Thanks for the feedback! Really enjoyed your entry too.
