It has nice polish elements but the rolls between fights are a bit too slow and gets in the way of the overall dynamic.

I played the game on chrome initially but upon playing it on firefox it was way more fast and enjoyable !
I don't have webgl on chrome so it must be the problem.
The roll menu still could be a bit faster but it's no big issue like I thought it was !

Really liked the game! It has a lot of polish, i really enjoyed the art stile and the gameplay loop. I totally agree with mrtubagames that the probability should be a little in the players favour. Is there no boss or did i as well stop too soon?

Fun game ! I love the sound design. Great 2 days job. Did I stop too soon to see a boss ? If not, it would be a nice little end to have one and win the game.

Damn! nice one dude, how many rounds are there , I got annihilated at round 12, enemies got so buffed that they were shooting 4 projectiles at once and were taking 5-6 hits to die. I love the fact that we can destroy the projectiles with sword, really nice take on theme.

Great game! I really like that the amount of attacks player can perform in a period of time is limited, preventing the player from just spamming attacks non-stop. The audience cheering at the end of the round is a cool touch :)

Pretty good presentation, but the gameplay is too simple for me, probably should have added more modifiers for the player and enemies. Still great job!

Pretty good! Top notch presentation. The random effects felt kind of inconsequential, I just clicked and waited until I could hit the enemies again.

The presentation is great! You nailed the pixel art vibe. I wish the weapon didn't rotate around, but I can see why you made that decision.
I wish there were slightly more pre-battle randomizations. "Spikes affect player/enemy/both"/etc.
But I found myself rocking along to the core game loop. Well done!

This reminds me of Archvale mixed with vampire survivor! I like it! As other have already said, it feels bad to get all the debuffs and give the enemies all the buffs sometime, but it's the nature of the game. Probably more variance in the buff\debuff will help a lot if you keep working on this after the gamejam!
