Use of the limitation
Narratively; the players only real enemy is his own anxiety, causing him to wreck his house with potions. Mechanically; your potions do more damage to you than the enemies do, and make the level harder to traverse.

A real well-made game, cool concept executed perfectly.

Fun concept and very neat graphics, good job!

This is very fun to play and I love that the characters are so full of personality! Nice concept.

The things I enjoyed the most were: the fact that the potions had different effects, the music matching the whole mood of the game, and the whole survival/arcade-y aspect of the game.

For some reason, the game lagged when I set to fullscreen so I went back to windowed and all was good. One suggestion I could give is that I think the potion refill item should spawn more frequently (I died on endless mode because I couldn't find any more potions). And maybe, instead of having a "hard mode" already checked at the beginning, there could be a "casual mode" (to show that the "hard" mode is the way the game was meant to be played but if that's too difficult you can change it to casual and enjoy the experience - like some roguelites do). To be honest, I'm saying this but I'm not sure what is the better option haha.

Anyway I had a great time playing this, it's super fun. I liked kiting enemies into the pools and running around. Great job!

The game is interesting and I liked it.

Cool and fun game! Just need more time to work with the difficulty.

All in all congratulations :)

Just uncheck "hard mode" from the main menu if you'd like a more casual experience :)

Great entry! i really liked the artwork used!

I did accidently click out of the "tutorial block" and missed it all. but i still managed to finish every level :)  I like the whole survival style games so, big +1 from me :)

Thanks for playing! Glad you like my art :)

Very well-polished for 72 hours! I love the art and music a ton! The theme and limitation were well-implemented, and it's pretty easy to learn how to play! I also love that there are achievements. Well done!!

This is great!  Everything looks and sounds super polished - especially for a game jam game - and the fact that you can do more damage to yourself than the enemies can is a really smart use of the limitation.  (Just because you're your own worst enemy doesn't mean that you're your only enemy, after all.)  Great job!

Thank you so much for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed our interpretation of the limitation!

I really enjoyed the game. The mechanics are simple and easy to learn. Having the enemies vulnerable to their own colors helped simplify it. Having the potions be effective against the player is also an interesting way to balance the game. It's also impressive to see pathfinding implemented for a game jam.

Great work!

Hello. potion seller. I'm going into battle and I need your strongest potions. Very fun concept for a game I also liked the tutorial at the beginning. The controls were a bit confusing at first, but I got the hang of it very quickly. What was a bit annoying though is that the character would sometimes get stuck on the wall, instead of just sliding alongside it. Made the chases seem clunky at times. But other than that, a very good project

Really interesting concept... It was kind of fun to play, but it felt too random for me.

Specially when I had to drop several potions just to find one that could be useful while running from several enemies... Or when I had 0 potions and there wasn't any boxes on the ground... And when the first boxe appeared, it was inside 5 pools making it very hard to reach it.

Fun! 7.5/10

The colors remaining on the floor and dealing damage later (especially with different elements) helps set this apart from other games this jam that just have same-color-damage mechanics. Art was lovely as well. Overall had a great time playing and definitely didn't die of a <3 attack due to my own trigger-happiness!

I really enjoyed the game! I thought the concept was super unique and I loved the ending scene. Enemies do have some problems such as spawning outside the map or simply not moving after a while (I think they get stuck on each other)

I really enjoyed how ambitious you were with implementing the different ground statuses. It gave me a lot to learn within a small game, and I overall enjoyed the experience. I also liked the cartoon presentation, it was very juicy!

My notes: I believe I had a bug where the potions would leave my hand but quickly disappear without hitting ground. I was also a bit confused on what the right click function did.

Really good game!

Nice concept and very charming art style! I liked the strategic component added with the reserved potion mechanic. Great work!
