Use of the limitation
Losing is good, when you lose a game of rock paper scissors, you get something from it, thus sometimes you want to lose in order to win later. As for the theme intermission, you are in the midst of battle, but an intermission allows you to collect remains and buy things in the shop.

Cookies eaten
0, I made this in only 5 hours from 12am til 5am (midnight), don't got time for cookies :(

simple and nice. Also, the art style is very unique and quite good for something developed in just 5 hours. The mechanics of the game could improve but i think this is a clear 9/10 for this game

Developer

Wow that's a pretty high score for such a simple game 😅 Thanks! :D

Nice concept. I like how you thought of everything including your tools getting worse as fights go, inventory management, store with increasing prices.

great game! I like the art, simple and straightforward,  the goal was clear and the gameplay was a  unique mix of economics and strategy, getting beat for the first few rounds and gaining the items to fight with, I like the concept of buying upgrades too, overall I enjoyed playing! congratulations ! keep it up!

Developer

Thanks for your review! :D

Rock, paper, scissors...paper-covered-rock! Hah. Once I got one of those things, my opponent didn't stand a chance. I enjoyed this game quite a bit. Concept is definitely a unique fit for the limitation. Great work!

Rock Paper Scissors turn based RPG, thats a trully clever idea.

Developer

Thanks! :)

This was super fun- reminds me of the old nokia days- or was it Samsung flip? Anyway, I am a paper-covered rock enjoyer for sure xD

Developer(+1)

XD thanks! I wonder if this game is also hard? Did I finally manage to make a beatable game?

Absolutely. This game was very satisfying to play xD

It’s a very nice expansion pack to the Classic Rock Paper Scissorstm formula.

For one, the mechanics outside the standard RPS (also is the thumbnail RPC acronym a typo? I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be RPS, unless it’s supposed to be that way and I’m not engrossed enough in the English lingo as I thought) is a nice addition, especially the combinations the items give after a round.

All in all, nice work!

Thanks ! And oh, I just realized I misspelled the title XD, thanks for bringing that into my attention (And no, there is nothing wrong with your English), I'll change it right away!

Yeah don’t worry, it sometimes happen to the best of us!

Simple game yet very fun. Very impressive making it in only 5 hours. Investing on papers seems to be the best option.

Developer

Thanks! Paper does tend to have more upsides XD
