How does your game represent Mode?
because le froggo uses different modes (froggo, anvil, and bullet) to move around the level and traverse platforming challenges

Cute art pixel platformer with different modes to create the ultra bullet-frog-anvil creature. No obstacle shall stop me!
Thank you oh so much for playing our game on stream! Glad to see you enjoyed our game.
really nice movement mechanics
Thank you! Great gevulde koek pfp.
Best take on the theme I have seen so far! Congratulations, great entry I enjoyed it :)
Thank you so much! Glad to hear you liked our game.
Everything about this is so well put together! I am biased towards audio people and I'll all the sounds are so satisfying and the music so fitting!
Thanks! Really glad to hear the audio was well implemeted. All thanks to Gerblesh at the last moment!
I LOVE this <3
Really adore the froggo bot, so cute. Charming art, clever mechanic and gameplay. This is so good!
Froggo is indeed very cute..! Thank you for your kind words!
Great game!
Thanks! Glad to hear.
Two words...
Brilliant Design.
Two words...
Thank You.
Fantastic game you put together, very original and true to the theme, while still being a fun and addicting concept. Art and audio add to the whole thing to make a really cute, well presented package. Would love to play a full game out of this!
Thank you so much for your kind words! Yes, i really am thinking about making this a more full game together with Gerblesh. Depends if he's thinking the same thing ;)
Very polished, nice sounds and effects and good level design. I think I got stuck on the third level in a way that didn't let me advance. I went down with one key, needed a second one, but I could not go back upward to grab the second key so I had to reset to the very first level! Would be cool to have a level reset button :)
Thanks for playing! We are aware of the softlock and Gerblesh already added a fix, but we need to wait until the jam is over :0
This is great
Thanks!
Wow, this is so polished! Very unique gameplay for a platformer, and fits the theme perfectly! And your spritework and punchy, juicy vfx are fantastic. Great job, you guys!
Thanks for playing! Tenseven did a great job with the art!
Thank you so much! The concept took a bit to come up with but I'm glad you liked it! I always try to go for as much JUICE as possible with the VFX, so it's nice to hear you liked it.
Great job! Love the movement system and different modes, very unique, engaging and fun. Lovely level design as well. Awesome job!
Thanks! Great that you enjoyed the levels that were there, we had to crunch it all in the same day but happy it worked out in the end!
Thanks for playing! Glad to hear you liked the levels.
Probably the most polished game here! The art, music and controls look, sound and feel amazing!
Keep up the great work, you should pat yourself on the back for the polish this game has! It could transfer over to a commercial product very nicely!
Overall, a great 9 outta 10!
If you could, could you play my submission too? I'm looking for some ratings: Frostbite Mountain
Thanks so much for the kind words! I checked out your submission, but I wasn't able to play the game through. What I played was pretty solid, the controls felt tight, and once you knew the abilities it was pretty fun to just jump around the level
Thank you so much for these kind words! I def had the idea of making it a full release in my mind seeing all these kind words but dunno about Gerblesh if he would be down to do it ;)
I shall try to play your game! My list of games of this jam to play is a bit large but i'll try!
cool idea, but the art and sound effects could be better
Aw, sorry to hear you didn't like my art as much :( Really glad you liked the concept tho!
the art is fine, but I feel like the style was pretty inconsistent. That being said I understand that that aspect is pretty difficult in pixel art so big respect for even doing it.
I was going for everything that is interactable and being very important to the player having a thick outline and background/ platforms having a less thick outline. Then for effects almost no outline. I may have missed some things though ;)
First of all, I want to thank you for replying to my comment and I want to apologize. I never finished your game and only beat the first level. This was mostly because the sound effects were annoying me, but I have since given the game another shot. I have to say that I definitely enjoy your game more now. I still think that the thick outlines need to be toned down a bit, but I do appreciate the way you did things.
P.S. huge congrats on your success in the jam
Incredible game. Definitely a contender for #1 spot.
Thank You! Appreciate the kind words!
Thanks for playing and the kind words! We didn't really keep that in mind but it would certainly be cool ;) Don't think so though because there are a lot of other games that deserve it just as well, maybe even more.
Great game! Fun interpretation of the theme and a well polished final product. A couple ideas for future levels would be unique terrain interactions with frog mode and bullet mode similar to how anvil mode can crush things.
Thanks for playing! I like the ideas! Unfortunately it'll be a bit until we can add more things/patches but after the jam it would be totally fun to revisit this!
Thank you for your kind words! We had some ideas of things to add that didn't get in due to time constraints, like buttons and more types of doors. Bullet mode was planned to also be used to destroy enemies but unfortunately they didn't make it in :( Also, your suggestion gives me the idea of maybe adding mario blocks you can knock as a froggy..?
Anyway, thank you so much!
Man I LOVED this! The concept is amazing, once you get how it works it becomes really fun and satisfying. The sounds and art are also awesome! The only downside I found is the millimetric precision cheap deaths of the big spikes in the first level.
Great work, keep it up!
Thanks for playing! Glad you liked the game so much! Yeah, we crunched on the levels, ideally we would have playtested them and made more but we didn't have the time for that unfortunately
THANKS! Glad you liked it! Funnily enough, big spikes have a bit smaller hitbox then their sprite.
Fun little platformer with some unconventional movement. I like it.
Personally I found it a little too easy but that's not really a big issue.
Great art, fun music and sound effects and a lot of polish in the mechanics. Great entry.
Glad you liked it! Yeah, since it was 5 levels, it was hard to balance what was "easy" and what was "hard" or give a real sense of progression. We had a bunch more ideas for mechanics but in the end we didn't have much time to implement them, would like to revisit this game once the jam is over though
Thanks for playing! I gotcha with finding it too easy, we tried to balance it a bit from easy to harder so everyone has a chance of beating the game and seeing the full experience through. We are thinking about adding more levels including harder ones.
Great job with this! Once I got the hang of it, it was addictive. I found that every time I made a mistake, I could complete the level up to that point even faster.
Thanks for playing! Glad you liked and got a hang of the mechanics and controls!
Thank you so much for playing our game! Very happy your feedback, it was exactly what we were going for.
I've seen videos of this game on the Discord server and even before the jam was finished I was excited to play it. Super original! and very clean graphics. Lovely!
Glad you liked the game, and i am surpirsed you were excited to try! I did put some effort into the pixel art and we even had sprites we didn't use. Thanks for playing!!
