How does your game represent "Power"?
The player uses power both as their health and as their source of power for attacking. Power is drained when attacking and when getting damaged. Hence, when the player is low on power they feel powerless but, when high on power the player feels unstoppable.

Really original concept! love the robot you play as (the robot  is funny)

I at first didnt quite grasp the concept of the whole main mechanic of the game- it felt like this could've been communicated way better in the moment-to-moment gameplay.

Again, i really like the concept and it could definitely be expanded on a bit more. More physics would also be really cool!

Loved the artsyle and mechanic! Very satisfying to line up enemies and kill them all in one swing! I think it would've been better if the player got more power from killing enemies to motivate this behavior, but definitely enjoyed it as is!

Very true, we ended up implementing a last-second nerf for the attack which made it harder to clear big groups of enemies and that is definitely something we want to amend. Glad you found our game enjoyable! :)

Awesome robot design! On the first try I lost almost immediately as I was in a mindset that those timed power bars must be released at the top for best results. After that I realized my mistake and found out how fun it is to make combos and manage your power. It's disapointing to stand next to a power crate and not being able to attack anymore. Maybe the crates could be broken by jumping on them or the power could recharge slowly? Overall a really solid entry for the jam.

The resource management of your power meter to determine attack and your health is really neat.  I like the simple robotic sfx and added to an atmosphere.  I somehow didn't have the music load in my first playthrough but it added so much in my second playthrough.  The look is also super nice and enjoy the particle effects of the "power" energy being spilled out of the robot.

I like the vibe created here. The music and the dimmer lighting really create a moody atmosphere fitting for a robot rampage. I figured out the power mechanic drained over time, but I wasn't quite sure about the health box mechanic, as I couldn't tell if it actually helped me when I broke it. Nice work here!

Thanks for playing! Glad you liked the vibe :) You are supposed to get a full refill from the health boxes but the way we styled them they often get confused for an extra life. Something we could definitely improve ;)

I tried a few times but I think I missed something cause I would constantly run out of energy and then I would just have to passively wait for some seconds to recharge it back. The boxes worked well, but I didn't seem to gain much energy from hitting the enemies but maybe I just didn't combo them enough or something. I really liked the artstyle though.

I like the vibe of this game, the low poly aesthetic accompanied by the soundtrack really fits the mood, I think the gameplay is interesting but ultimately gets slightly repetitive, I do really enjoy the design of the character and enemies though, cool stuff! Well done :)

Many things to like about this game.  It’s fun to carefully choose the right moment to attack to use your power economically rather than being able to spam attacks whenever.  It’s a nice touch that the character’s charge level is actually displayed on their body.  Had issues with the camera freaking out if it got backed up near crates or walls but wasn’t frequent enough to detract much from the experience.  Great work guys!

just casually flexing my INSANE score, i like the arts a lot, img2pixel is doing wonderful stuff (in your hands). I love how enemies' corpses stay there for a long time and im not going to explain myself :) Fits the theme very well!

Honestly probably one of my favorite games I've played this Jam. Killing multiple enemies in a single go was such a fun mechanic! If I were to change one thing it would probably be for there to be more incentive to get a high combo, like your power naturally refills more over time. Or, it was there, and I just never noticed it. Overall amazing, and the art and aesthetic were really cool!

This was so fun - music was chill too. I liked the idea of trying to line them up and get combos. Also a big shout out to whoever did your logo on the team, because I think it stands out very well - the best logo I've seen at the jam.

Very cool. Maybe I bowed out too early, but I wish there was music! It was a bit difficult to understand and maybe Firefox / Opera isn't a good choice because the window for me was quite small (most likely user error, nothing on your guys' parts). Still, very impressive and funny when you get sent flying

Oh no! There should be music although we have experienced it not playing at times. There should have been a full-screen button as well allowing you to experience the game in full glory!

I really liked the grafics and the smooth mecanichs. When killed the robot was sent flying across the room which was impactful. It also fits the theme really well cause I was about to give up in the beginning when I felt weak, but as soon I got more powerful the game became addicting and I loved the thrill.

I really liked the mechanics of the game, and also the style of the game. The game is very addictive, and the main mechanics of the game are done competently. The game fits the theme. All in all, a very cool game :D

very cool authentic graphics! if you add post effects it would be really cool! simple, well-functioning mechanics, addictive.  I did not quite understand why the attack decreases its strength, although I see a bar on the character's back.
