The music was sick, really good stuff. Had a lot of fun playing this, but couldn't complete it, I don't usually like these type of games but this has me reconsider!

A whimsical game with unique music and character design that I enjoyed.  The gameplay is familiar but nicely executed – the jumps seem well thought-out.  I don’t think I can make it to the top but I had a good time trying

I personally really dig the music (although maybe something more methodical would fit the gameplay?), but I can't lie I did not make it to the top - it's just a bit too punishing to fall in some of those areas xD

really fun jump-king like with absolutely banging music, chrome ran out of memory midway through playing it so I'm gonna come back in a bit and try again <3

I did some memory profiling and found no obvious memory leak unfortunately, it was pretty stable.  For now I'm going to hope it was a fluke until more people report issues. :)

I'm not really into Fodian games, since I find losing progress over and over again frustrating, rather than motivating. I enjoyed my time with the game, but I knew I didn't have the patience for it after failing 5 times on the vertical bouncy section.

Love the art, but don't vibe with the music.

Again, this is obviously very solid, just not my tempo.

Always been a fan of jump king mechanics, so this resonated with me. Sound design was really good for a pico8 game (I have no idea how you pull that off), and the concept art was very inspired - great job, Finn!
The trajectory line was very welcome, and I liked how easy it was to differentiate oneway platforms from solid ones. Good game!

He will be really happy to hear that, thanks! :)

This is maddening, the music is wacky, and the game looks so good, and the gameplay is driving me crazy.
Excellent work.

it was very fun to fly upward, and getting hurt felt powerful. fun game!

Was pretty good! And Evil! Loved getting the bounces just right.

lovely art style and I enjoyed playing with this mechanic. The music is great too

Really enjoyed this. I usually struggle with games, but this struck a great balance of punishing and rewarding.

Really polished and fun game! overall just really good.

Loved the art, sounds and music. The gameplay was pretty simple, but with the level design it was also great. Overall good game!

Really good job here. The Music was really cool and the overall vibe was neat! Definitely a good challenge and clenching-tension moments.

At the beginning I thought that the game was far too easy... until I started missing jumps...

Very satisfying gameplay and great music!

Nice music and I like the pico-8 startup menu. Gameplay is neat as well.

Gameplay kinda reminds me of jumpking, the music is good to! i like the sprite work done and the aesthetic of the mainmenu very game boy advance like!

Game is fun, jumping and trying to do trick "shots" to progress is satisfying, but there's not really a reason for the health bar... If you mess up you can fall pretty far, which is already quite the punishment and you don't take enough damage for it to even matter until about an hour of play time.

I like the hold-to determine-power system, it's intuitive and fits the theme. The green bottoms meaning the terrain is impassible works well but might be too subtle.

I love the art direction and the design of the little guy, I love the music, this is a great game that really weirdly reminds me of "Getting Over it" type games weirdly enough.

(Haven't beaten it yet, might adjust my current score when I do)

Thanks!

Yeah the health was initially meant to be a lot lower and the main challenge, but the game evolved a bit from that point and time ran out.. It was too fun designing puzzles/hurdles on the map.

The large amount of health is scaled to try and give players a chance beating it without having to restart. It becomes quite a bit harder in the last 30%. :) I understand that feedback however.
