Wow great visuals and music. Congrats making such a great game.
- UI transitions were smooth and thematic really liked that
- Nice art style, everything felt very consistent with the audio vibes as well
- I really liked the depth of being able to move closer/further away, I initially thought it was a side scroller but the added 2.5 dimension to the movement was a nice touch
- The ball attack felt a little unintuative around which direction it was firing, I'd expected it to aim in the direction the mouse is pointing relative to the character instead of being tied to the character movement
- Would have liked an indicator of how many hits/health the player had left
- The lights around the wheel breaking as you do damage is a great way to do the boss health, love the diagetic approach to UI there
- The telegraphing of the hand attacks is slightly too hard for me, I appreciate the buildup of the hand following you or the shadows looming but a visual/audio cue right before the attack is about to start would make it a bit easier to avoid imo
- Love the environmental effects on the wheel as the fight goes on, I only ever seemed to get the frozen floor one though so the randomization might need weighting or tweaking a bit there
- The bonus round between phases is a fun way to shake things up!
Wow, it's actually very well made game. I see you were inspired by Cuphead. Just one thing - character is a little bit slow, but that's ok
I liked the game in general. it's good for game jam. but it's a little bit slow, needs more boss move variants for each phase, and more juice in general. I really love to see more updates for this game. I wish you luck and hope that you win.
This game is very unique in term of visual presentation. I got me tripping for a bit cuz I can't jump accurately to dodge the ribbon thing. Overall, good job!
I really liked the switch between phases from the 2.5d to pure side scroll. I thought the theme was also implemented well. I found the controls for the projectiles a little hard to manage at first, but once I got used to it I was able to consistently damage the boss which is good.

This is one of the more visually unique games I've seen, and I love how charming it is! You nailed the theater feel, and the music suits the game very well. One suggestion: it's hard to see whether the hands are about to clap or about to laser. Perhaps different gestures for each of these actions? Overall, very well done, I enjoyed playing it!

This was a super unique game, I've never quite seen a game from this perspective. Also, the sound effects and art were great, awesome!
Awesome game! I really like the old-style vibe like in the old cartoons and also most recently, Cuphead. Jumping feels a bit floaty but there weren't many cases where you needed to anyways. Nice work!
Really like the perspective of this game! 3d game from this perspective felt surprisingly good.
I also got a game freeze on a the dynamite, but its a hackathon right!
The concept was really creative, and the shift to 2D was incredible when reaching the boss's HP threshold. The spin theme fit perfectly, and the battle and art is great. I noticed that sometimes the game would freeze when the first dynamite exploded, I'm guessing the explosion is done with particles? I had the same issue in my game and managed to fix it by running them for 0.1 seconds at the start. Amazing game!
I really loved the art style and the sounds used for this game, it was a all a great fit! The animations were really smooth too, really great! If I have to say something negative, it may be that the perspective at the beginning was a bit hard to understand but overall it was pretty enjoyable! Great job! Cheers <3

I love the Cuphead vibes and I like that the spin is implemented on the boss itself and it affects the player strategy. The hitboxes felt unforgiving at times and it was really hard to tell the perspective during the first phase with the hands, specially when they were performing the clap attack. I'd have also liked a way to visually tell my health, because there were many times I didn't know how many hits left I could take. I did like that the hit SFX was people mocking you, that was funny.
Overall, the game is nice and has a solid base, I would love to see it grow in the future.

Gave a really similar feel to Cuphead, the boss fights were really enjoyable to play, great entry.
I love the music! The boss design is really neat! I like that the wheel gives you different options to attack the hands with! The perspecitve is a bit difficult to tell exactly where I am in relation to the hands at certain moments, but it feels like the hitbox is fairly forgiving which is nice! Definately has a great 'cuphead' vibe going for it!
I will say a downloadable version would be nice, as Godots Html can be a bit finikey sometimes (the game froze on me a few times)
Overall fantastic work! It has a nice theme to it, the art, music and sounds all fit with a coherent vibe, and it was a really fun experience! A really solid game jam entry!! :)
