How does your game fit the theme?
The game starts off pretty slowly and becomes hectic and this is my take on the storm aspect of the theme.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
The shader and code has been written by me along with the level design and building model.
The assets have been taken from Low Poly Office Pack available on unity asset store and sounds are taken from pixabay.com and zapsplat.com

Interesting concept, I like the "fuck this shit, throw a chair out of the window and leave" moment XD. Maybe adding more ways to escape would be cool. Overall, good job on your game!
Thats the feel I was going for!!!! I am glad you felt that way ;D
Was planning to do a lot more but you know how jams work.. took a lot of time to figure out shaders
Thanks for playing man!!
Hope you have a great day!
I had fun with this one, its simple and cute, I like the style and highlight shader. The game had me wondering what was gonna go down at this office,
A little bit of feedback from my experience:
I would of loved to know what the issues the employees had were, or even had to go grab something from the office and bring it back to them. That could make the issue resolution more engaging, while still using systems already at play: text and the pickup/throw system.
One other thing to report from my experience is the very beginning when you're locked to looking towards the instructions made me think something was wrong with my mouse or something, I actually reset the page before realizing walking would free me. Not so much a problem as just confusing, to at least one person
I don't want to spoil anything but I'll say I like how you chose to handle the losing condition when the issues pile up. Good job!
First of all, thank you so much for the detailed feedback :D
Glad you could enjoy the look of the game. Took a lot of time to make the shaders.
Was planning to make some delivery kinda thing with the pickup throw system(like deliver chairs, laptops, coffee and other regular office boy stuff) but couldn'd make it happen:(
The mouse part initially is something new. I will look into it once maybe the way I programmed will have to change.
The window exit is how i feel sometimes ;D
Once again thanks for playing and hope you have a great day ahead!!
The voicelines and physics in this are pretty funny! I'm pretty sure I caused more issues that I fixed by absolutely trashing the building lol. I agree with Mcalmic, making resolving issues a minigame would take this game to the next level! Other than that I think this game executes an idea pretty well, nice job!
Next time gonna add some real destruction to let out our corporate frustration :D
Was going to add some minigames. didn't have enough time to figure out any. Will plan better for the future game jams.
Thanks for playing and hope you have a great day.! ;D
Fun game with a good idea, but helping the coworkers only being holding one button makes it a bit repetitive, maybe a minigame or quick-time event style thing would work well?
I agree with you just quickly made up the task since I took almost the whole week to learn shaders. Next time will add some tasks and will make sure it wont be a single button press/hold.
Thanks for playing. I really appreciated your time. Hope you have a great day ahead!!
Love the people
Thanks for playing!! :D
Hope you have a great day ahead!!
The models of the people and the "arigatou" got my silly energy pumping.
It might've been cool to make the tasks little like among us mini games. The "solving issues" part of the game felt the least engaging.
Thanks for the feedback!!
Was planning a lot more tasks but shader graphs in unity had other plans for me and took almost 5 days.... Quickly made this solving issues part so that it is atleast a bit engaging.
Thanks again for trying out my game. Hope you have a great day ahead!!
ARIGATO for this funny little game lol. Fun concept, and if you had more development time to add ways to actually help people other than holding e it could have a lot of potential. Great job!
Thanks for the feedback!!
Only if I had figured out shaders earlier, I would have added more tasks and made it more engaging. And fun fact the 'arigato' voice line was a accident. :P Turns out it became a happy litttle accident!!
Hope you have a great day ahead!!
I could not keep up with the number of issues. At least you made a way to break the glass. I like the models of the people.
I made it so that ppl would be forced to use the window exit just makes it more engaging I thought :P
The assets are available on unity asset store for free named 'Low Poly Office Pack' I think. Feel free to check them out for your future endeavors.
Thanks for the feedback and hope you have a great day ahead!!
nice game sound effects are funny :D ARIGATOOO!!!
i liked the chairs i can hold it and throw it :D
I am glad you had fun. Got the sound effects in last minute, was a bit afraid it might not work out :D
Thanks for the feedback. Hope you have a great day ahead!!
I escaped the grind! Nice game, the sound effects had me rolling (Aligato!). Maybe a bit more polish would be nice, but a funny game still.
Aligato gotta be the best part man!! :D
Was looking forward to much more in the game.. Couldn't just make it in time with the daily life.
Thanks for playing and sharing your feedback. Hope you have a great day ahead!!
A fun game. Congratulations on submitting the game before time! That must have been close!
Thanks man!! Was a really close shave this time with the submission.
Glad you had some fun.
Hope you have a great day!!
Graphics are pretty. Game logic is verry interesting :D, Japanese Sound Effects are great, I had to break the windows and it was actually fun way to escape :D , well made game, good job
ARIGATO!! ;D
Hope you have a great day ahead!
a fun little game! very interesting interpretation of the theme :)
Yooo!!!! the timing is insane, Just rated your game :D :D :D
Thanks for giving your time and rating mine.
Hope you have a great day!! ;D
Hee-ho. Very fun game. Thanks for nice experience
Thanks for playing and sharing your feedback.
Hope you have a great day ahead!!
Great idea - really captures that feeling of getting into the office and everything going wrong before you've even sat down. Also loved the alternative exit!
At first I thought I was going to be throwing chairs around, clearing obstacles to reach people. Definitely feels like this is a really solid groudwork that could be expanded in many different ways!
Definitely was planning to have a lot more quests in office instead of just going to pl and holding E. Had a lot of time constraint this due to a busy week.
Really glad you were able to enjoy. Was really concerned with the game being too boring.
Thanks for playing and sharing your feedback!!
Hope you have a great day ahead!!
I like the concept of the game, the props in the office could definitely play a bigger part in the game. I think it’ll add to the chaos and hectic feeling if the physics were turned up a little!
The graphics are nice and it has a fun aesthetic, it would have been great if there was some music too :)
Thanks for the feedback. Took me around 5 days to just figure out how to work with shaders so really appreciate you mentioning the aesthetic and graphics.
Was planning to add a lot more to the game with the props like delivering to different places and stuff.
Thank you for your time with my game. Hope you have a great day ahead!!
The office is really nice (and interactive too!) and I think it was underused. I really liked throwing stuff. So the window exit was a fun option. It's a satisfying throw.
I, 10000% agree with you. Couldn't make full use of the office, could have had various small quests making the office fun to move and making our own paths.
The window exit is my favorite!! Just a bit dejected that I was not able to add the shattering effect.
Thanks for playing and taking your time to give feedback. Hope you have a great day ahead!
I escaped the grind! (via the window!) - Let me know if you need music for your next project, as I think this game could have benefitted from some music tbh.
Thanks for playing and helping the protagonist escape the grind ;D
Will really look forward to working with you in the next jam is possible.. Thanks for letting me know!!
Hope you have a great day ahead!! :D

cute game ( ˶°ㅁ°) !!
Thanks for the feedback. Hope you have a great day ahead! :D
I escaped the grind! (Hopefully I'll never go in it real life)
This is a fun little game! It's simple and is cute looking. Feeling a little mischievous, I tried to break the windows and escape immediately, which didn't work obviously.
Maybe not related but, I really like the item shaders you've made! I recently followed a youtube tutorial to make my own outline shader, used it in my previous jam (this is my second one) but it's not as good looking as yours. Any tips?
Cheers!
The grind will be a part of life so hopefully you will get into one you like :D
Thanks for the feedback regarding the shaders. This was the first time I worked with shaders and was stuck with it for almost 5 days. Really happy to see you appreciating it.
As for any tips, I referred to this video How to Make a Toon Shader in 2 Minutes | Unity (youtube.com) which just gave basic idea of how shaders work and are meant to be programmed (Of course not just this one but 10-15 but this one was the most helpful for me). Just gotta see how Normals work and I think we can understand and try to make most of the shaders. If interested, we can connect in the weekend since I am also interested in outline shaders which I couldn't figure out (I wanted to use them on coworker models to make them easy to see.)
Thanks for playing and giving your time to share a feedback. Hope you have a great day ahead!!
