Well well well, a story about a person bearing huge similarity to Michael Morbius going through a Dificult Journey of Transitioning (?????? idk if i got the term right) into their destined gender. As much as I approve of This Game's message, I couldn't help but notice that at least the Breathing-In-Front-Of-Protagonist's-Evil-Shadow-Twin-Clone-Thing-In-The-Mirror Minigame has a minor oversight, where the Player can just spam the Space Bar in the red area instead of simply pressing it once, which enabled me to beat this minigame in approx. 10 seconds (I bet my time can be lowered dramatically by using, for example, an Autoclicker, but then You'd have to count it as a TAS and not as a Speedrun). Besides that lil thingamabob, the gameplay was pretty pleasant, but not quite my cup of tea personally (I'm more of a silly games type of person). pls don't cancel.
Overall I'd give This Game a Final Rating of Solid 7.1/10 (my personal, religious & political beliefs (which are nonexistent) did not count towards my Rating).
Keep up the Good Work!
PS: Please, Please don't attack me for any LGBTQ+ inaccuracies in my abovementioned feedback as I lack any conceivable sort of knowledge about this topic & more, I'm just a simple boring man living a simple boring life...

Hey, no need to walk on eggshells lol, it's all good, you didn't say sanything bad. Honestly, as long as you are being respectful and not trying to spread damaging misinformation no one is going to get upset with you. The character on the title screen is actually me, or rather, how I looked before I transitioned, but I find the Morbius comparison funny. Regarding the gameplay for the breathing mini game, if you can just spam space and make it through then clearly a feature I implemented did not work correctly, because I had an intended mechanic to prevent that. These things happen when you only have 4 days to make a game lol. I'm glad you found the gameplay at least pleasant, and I appreciate your feedback :)
Ay no problem, I just wanted to be cautious just in case someone who might not particularly like my person (if anyone) found this rating and decided to clobbah me off of the internet for uncommited atrocities lmao, Take Care👍
Your game provides a thought-provoking and emotional journey of a person transitioning to their true gender. The attention to detail in the different procedures and experiences of the character was impressive, and the message of living as one's true self is inspiring. Thank you for sharing this important topic through your game.
Thank you so much for your kind words, I am so happy to hear that I was able to leave such an impression with my game. Thank you for taking the time to check it out!
Really happy to have seen this game. Very nice of you to give us this window to look at and help us understand the problems and difficulties some people can face in these situations.
Gameplay-wise, I am quite impressed that you were able to squeeze 3 mini-games + graphics in such a short delay. The last one (dark breathing) was spot on atmosphere-wise.
I'm so glad to hear that! It has truly been a pleasure presenting this theme and seeing these kinds of kind and thoughtful reactions to it, to which I extend a sincere thank you. It is also validating to hear that I was able to get the atmosphere down for the last mini-game, as that is the one I wanted to hit home the most. Thank you for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed.

Educational and emotional, I really like the message and how it was conveyed. Even with simple visuals and gameplay it delivers a lot, there's deep feeling in it and it shows. Also, it completely fits the theme. Good job!
I am glad you liked it! Hearing that the feelings behind the presentation come across in the intended way makes me very happy.
I am really caught by this game as I am also in transition. It is sometimes scary, but yes, it gets better. Thank you for this work, despite not having enough time, we can see your effort and willingness.
Back to the game, is it intended that the notes don’t align with the music? Maybe otherwise it is too easy? If that’s intended, I think it will quite be a bonus point for me!
(also … not offensive but does the pink circle game community really overlaps that much with the trans community xDD, cuz I am surprised by some rhythm game stuff when I entered the game)
Games can really put you in the perspective of things more than a movie or novel can, so it's awesome to see you use the medium for a positive message! Great work!
I don't even know what to say, honestly the amount of positivity that I have gotten in response to this game has been an incredibly welcome surprise considering how often our existence is talked about as, at best, "controversial." I just woke up, and seeing your incredibly kind comment really started my day off on a good note, thank you!
That was wonderful and emotional. Great job. Love games with heart like this.
That makes me really happy to hear, thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
The emotion trying on convey in this game is very strong. As a player I can feel it. It could be better trying to deliver those emotion by a enchanting the mechanics but within 7 days of development, this is awesome. I got stuck in the 2nd stage hair removal. I felt how painful it is by playing that stage.
Thank you so much! I'm glad it carried the emotional weight that I wanted it too and that I personally felt from it (I feel silly even saying this, but this is a game that is largely about my experiences, and at one point I found myself looking at the title screen and the depiction of me pre-transition just made me cry). I do wish that I could have done more with the gameplay elements, they did feel a bit mechanical when the story was meant to be emotional, but I didn't get a chance to start this until Wednesday so this was only 4 days of planning and assembly lol. I'm sorry the laser stage was so difficult, I couldn't tell if it was too easy or too hard, because that kind of timing game is something I am good at but my wife is terrible at, so I passed easily and she failed miserably, so I wasn't sure how it would be for others lol. Thank you for taking the time to play my game and leave such a nice comment.
I played this without having read the description and I find it really nice. I figured out that the creator had put some personal story in it. Good job, keep creating!
Thank you! I appreciate that :)
Osu but as Netflix original
Well done on this came, it looks like you probably put some emotion into it. Also you made me happy with the Rhythm section because I suck so much at Friday Night Funkin' so me being able to play it and get about 92% down was very satisfying. Good work.
Thank you so much! I love rhythm games (Friday Night Funkin' is really fun but does get pretty tough), so I wanted to include that kind of gameplay as well as a nod to Osu in the second minigame. I'm glad to hear you liked it :) And yeah, this one was pretty personal.
Really great!!! I thinks I checks the theme very well. It remind me of my times playing Guitar Hero! Very well done!!
If you could check out my game and leave a comment i would appreciate!
Thank you so much! I will definitely check yours out too :)
Really cool take on the theme. Well done!
Thank you!
Nice!!! I liked the art style a lot.
I think it would be a good idea to represent better (like a specific sound or points counter) when the player gets the timing right
The Miss button did not seem to disappear even when there was nothing on the screen :(
Please play my game too! :)
Thank you! I will :) And yeah, I did want to have a better indication of when you correctly hit a note, but as it was the indicators for "good" and "miss" were an 11th hour addition, so I just didn't have time to get a good sound or indicator that didn't feel like it would be distracting. When you say it didn't disappear, do you mean it overlaid the end scene, or that it didn't fade even when there was downtime in the notes?
Great job! Nice take on the theme.
Thank you for checking out my game! I appreciate it :)
Very pleasent to see rythm games on this jam, I liked it)
Thank you!
I really enjoyed yours!
10/10
Thank you <3
Thank you for this game. It really fits the theme well doesn't it
I almost didn't do this jam because the theme didn't grab me, but then I realized just how apt this would be. I'm glad you appreciated it :)
