First of all, I really liked the style of the game. The drawing is just wow. secondly, I was very fascinated by the mechanics of the game. Everything was done superbly)

Loved playing the mini games. It would be great if there was a little more feedback on my actions, it was hard to tell if I was doing good or not or failed. Reading your comment here helps a ton with understanding everything. I'd really like to see you take this concept further.

If I make it to round 2, proper feedback is one of my top priorities lol. An actual tutorial isn't out the question either. Glad my comment helped.

This was fun!
The core + secondary mechanic played nicely together! Making the amount of healing done a function of the amount dodged keeps the game very active. I also really like the DnD theme. I would really like to see this one make it to the next round!

Glad to know you enjoyed the game! I wanted to make sure every phase felt connected and important, so I'm happy to see it made the game better!

So first of all i really like the idea of this game. I'm also a big fan of turnbased games especially when you then have to play these mini games so thats really well done i also like that those depend on what heal you are choosing.

so the core is really well but if you want to develop it further i would suggest adding some kind of upgrades or more spells that you can then unlock to use them in a fight etc

the graphic is also amazing the only real downside for me is that there is absolutely no audio

well done!

Developer

Yeah, the lack of audio is something I wanted to fix, but I spent my final 4 days on the art alone lol. Thanks for playing!

Took me a few tries to get the hang of it but once I understood the different phases it made perfect sense. Really interesting concept, just specifically playing the healer and trying to keep the rest of your party alive but not having control over the actual party. The mechanics are interesting, and I can see a lot of potential for progression and extending this!

Nice job!

I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the game! I have some big plans if I make it to round 2 lol.

In case of gameplay confusion:

  • Phase 1: Click a button on the bottom right to start healing a party member.
  • Phase 2: Dodge incoming attacks, your hitbox is the white cross.
  • Phase 3: Click to stop the colored bar closest to the right. Depending on where it stops changes how much damage it deals.
  • Phase 4: Watch the enemies decide what party member to hit.

Sorry to anyone who was confused by the gameplay! Hope this helps!
