I liked the presentation. The graphics, music and especially comic intros are very nice.
I had some issues with the controls, though. Like, using E to punch and Ctrl-E to interact feels awkward. And in the meat mini-game using E is also not convenient because when it finishes I end up hitting the NPC.
Also, the game appeared to restart randomly a couple of times, not sure why.
That aside, congratulations on your entry!
The artwork is really nice!
Nice artwork. Awesome comic intro. I like the good responsive controls as well. Nice Job for a 48hr project!
Feel free to hop into my game as well and share your thoughts and ratings if you have the time!
I liked the visual style and the music! It was a bit confusing what to do at first, though I was eventually able to win with enough attempts.
The art, music and presentation are fantastic! Love the retro Japanese high school vibe. Would love to see more mini games in the future. Great job!
nice art, hitting feels nice, pretty enjoyable!
The art anims and music were just amazing and the draings in the intro were also very very nice. I just didnt knew what to do at first or why I was dying and the game just resetted. You should maybe add a tutorial and give some visual feedback about the health and the game would just be amazing. The game was a bit hard which I liked but having to reset every time was not the best idea. Anyways presentation is a 5/5 and the idea was not the one that most fit the theme but it was nice anyways so maybe a 4. Well done!
The art is amazing, I think it's a jojo reference? Not sure.
It would be nice if I could skip the intro, maybe there is a key for that but I couldn't figure it out. Having to rewatch it every time I fail a single minigame is a bit too punishing imo.
escape key!
Loved the art and presentation, it's a highly polished and well-made game.
However, I spend a lot of time just trying to figure out what to do to not get my "reputation destroyed", the thugs just keep coming..
Just a little suggestion, maybe make the interact function a specific independent button like "Q" so that it's much easier to control.
Nive idea, the art is exellent! I had some problems figuring you what to do, more details at the beginning could be useful! Good job anyway!
Incredible achievement! Especially for just 48 hours! Well done!
Wowwwwwww, that art style is a stroke of genius! I need this game with a Post-jam version!
Great art, very creative and unusual idea I wouldn't have ever thought of, and it was pretty fun.
I just didn't understand what I was supposed to do in the first 3-4 runs, but then I got the hang of it. And is there any other ending except for "reputation destroyed"?
if you finish the game with your reputation all the way there is :)

I looooove the art! I get the classic korean newspaper comic vibes from it.
Thank you! The art team worked really hard on it.
Great art and good fun! The reputation meter seemed a little sensitive so that I had to restart a lot to make progress, but the minigames were very fun!
Thanks! We're working on a tutorial to help prevent that.
Art presentation is amazing - found the game itself quite hard to control however. I think control scheme of arrow keys for movement and maybe Z for punch and X for interact (or vice versa) would have been my personal preference. But overall great submission!
Thank you! I think the controls will feel more natural once we make the tutorial and can explain better. But you're not the only one with that feedback!
Really fantastic presentation, love the intro cutscene and all the graphics. The idea is pretty interesting and I enjoyed what was there. It'd be cool if there were more minigames and levels but that's pretty much my only complaint.
We had originally planned and designed 5 mini games, but only 2 got implemented in time. We will continue working to add more.
The stuff that this game does *right*, it does *amazingly*. The sound, the visuals, and the concept as a whole are absolutely incredible.
The stuff that didn't make it into the final product, like more player direction / explanation, and overall more to *do* in the game, really brought the experience down though. This is a title that personally, I find hard to evaluate, because on one hand I love what is there, but on the other hand I feel like balancing the experience as a whole is *more important* than having a really high quality game that feels like a lot is missing.
That aside, really fun game, and I hope that you have goodluck in the jam!
I agree, but with 3 artists and 1 programmer only so much can get done in 48 hours. We're planning on continuing to add the missing features.
Ah, very cool! I look forward to that update!
Amazing art! from the pixel art to the intial cutscene, very nice project! Good job :)
Thank you!
