We also where thinking about maybe making a tetris game, but in the end decided to go way bigger scope haha. I love this though. especially the chansu to give yourself an enormous difficult block. I can never resist and fail way to soon haha. Great job :D

That game is really addictive!
I really liked how you can place blocks wherever you want and even move old blocks with the new ones. The game offers a lot of freedom, which is really enjoyable.
The "Take a Chance" mechanic adds a nice change of pace and breaks the monotony.
It also sounds and looks great, though I did notice an issue with the music stopping at times.
Overall, it’s a well-designed game with great mechanics.

Thanks so much for playing!!! Extending it could be fun, maybe a post jam release... And we have the same theme interpretation "build a tower that allows it to scale properly". You plan ahead, build a strong base for the tower in order for it to scale better, and you build on a literal set of scales to weigh it, I think it's one of the more literal interpretations of the theme ahah

Really love the fact that it fits the theme in more than one way (or weigh). The game is really fun! The first time I clicked on chance I got a monstrous golden abomination and was hooked from there.

Pretty good time, very lacking in polish though. For one, the music stops looping randomly, the physics could use some tweaking, (namely heavier blocks, and block collisions while you're dragging them get a bit unstable, making it hard to fit pieces into tight places). Overall though, still a very fun game, though I'd like if the take a chance button showed you a little more info, at least the width of the block, so you can employ just a bit more strategy when using it. Could definitely see this becoming a full, very fun puzzler!

Really well polished game! I like the extra challenge of trying not to accidentally destroy your build with the held block.
Absolutely fantastic work! This oozes charm and is just a delight to play, the fact you can knock your tower over with your own pieces got me a few times at first but then I realised I can use it to knock pieces back into alignment if I'm careful, this is great!
