Played through the whole game and enjoyed my time a lot. Wish it was a little bit easier to see how exactly the upgrades affect the deck of dice I have

Fun game. Awesome work!

I feel like the knight can't see anything in that helmet cause he runs back and forth like an idiot. Both presentation as well as gameplay feel very well made and polished. 5/5 for creativity as well. Great job.

It was a fun game, corners are a death trap, try to avoid them.

Overall this was really fun. I usually don't actually make it to the end of jam games, but this was enjoyable enough for me to see it through.

I never really got to understand the extra stuff in the GUI like "Dice Left" and "Dice Used," but it didn't really hurt me at any point and I still made it through without dying.

Pretty nice game, Vimlark!

You managed to incorporate the luck aspect of the dice but maintain an agency of the player with wether using or not a result. Some devs struggled with this in the jam, and when the player fell they can't control, the game looses interest very quickly.

I'd say it would be nice not to go back to lvl1 on death, but I guess you did it on purpose.

If i'm right, the levels were randomly generated? Felt so, this was a nice touch that gives a lot of replayability.

All in all, a super polished and fun game :)

PS: I'm a relatively new subscriber on your yt channel and this was my first jam, in many aspects I entered due to your videos, they gave me that push I needed for exercising gamedesign :)

Found the game very original and liked the artstyle

Really neat concept! I made sure to grab every coin. The only thing IMO that would have made it better is if there was a way to save dice for the next turn!

Big fan of your channel :) This was super fun! All the animations and were super satisfying and the gameplay is great!

Cool concept. I wish it was harder, though! After I figured out the mechanics, I never truly felt in danger of losing.

Cool take on the theme. Love that it’s also a deck builder. Think it has a potential.

Maybe introduce some danger that gradually increases as you stay in a level? Something like the ghost in spelunky, or the federation army in FTL? That way, staying longer for more gold is a gamble.

Also, after removing the movement dice, there wasn’t really much more to upgrade in the deck, so I ended up not buying anything the last level or two.

I like how the movement previews make it really easy to see where you’d end up!

Well done :)

I really like how giving three dice at a time turns the mechanic from what I would assume would be frustrating into something delightful. The art style is wonderful. My only complaint would be that levels felt a little too samey, and the different dice didn't feel different enough. Great job!

I really like the idea (I did something similar)! It can get a bit frustrating when you need a specific number and you have to waste turns until you get it, but that's the only gripe I had with it.
