Fun game! I lasted 8 generations without even realising I could press shift to lunge. Happy days!
So much fun, reminds me of the good old days of web flash games
Possibly needs a little more variety in the later stages. But much fun here, enjoyed it!
Fun, addictive game! Feels like the game does become easier as you gain power, but it does suit the theme and the core loop.
A lot of fun and an addictive loop and great use of the folklore theme and wildcards, though as mentioned it did become quite easy. It would have been good if as your infamy grew, the village became better prepared at defending itself. I just started holding SPACE outside people's doors, it wasn't fair. Also love the idea that after slaughtering so many people, only one old man was responsible for spreading the tale of what happened. An amazing entry though, well done.
The game fits great with the theme! It would be nice to have varying difficulties though as I felt the base game was too easy. Good job though very addictive game with a nice art style.
Very cool! Honestly a very solid concept, and does a good job using folklore as a framing device. After working on my game all week, it was nice to let loose and just eat a bunch of people :-).
Wow, awesome game, so much fun already! well done!
Wow, awesome game, so much fun already! well done!
Really good but wish there were more stories told and different humans
Thanks for playing! Yeah, it would've been great to expand on those systems :)
This was really fun. The animations and playability made it feel like a real game I'd actually enjoy playing! Well done.
Fun game and implementation of the theme. Although fairly easy to kill the guards undamaged;
I got to generation 7th and could usually buy the 3 upgrades aside the Infamy upgrades every time.
I can see the village getting better guards/defenses as the game progresses and the legend grows should the game keeps developing further on.
Haha yeah balance could use a little tweaking - we erred on the easier side to better evoke the power trip vibe haha
Thanks for the feedback!
Holy moly isn't this one heck of an addictive game!! I ended up playing half an hour non-stop.
The incorporation of the theme is perfectly done and interconnected with the power-up system. This is just brilliant.
LOVED everything about it!
Thanks!! Glad you liked it!
Genuinly genius way to interprut the Folklore prompt.
The hack and slash is responsive enough, and fun even on repeat playthroughs.
I can see this game being the start of something truly great.
Amazing work
Very good implementation of the theme and a solid core gameplay loop.
The cover image drew me in instantly and the game didn't disappoint. The art was good, the game was juice, and it had the best take on the theme of any game I have played so far. The only nitpick I have is that the game is too easy, but I can see that being intestinal gives you the feeling you are terrorizing this small village, but it does get boring after a while. Still a great fun game with a clever take on the theme.
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, we would've loved to add some more content since it does get stale after a while - originally we planned to have more different attack variations, villager types, etc. but had to cut due to time restraints.
best game played yet. would love to see you do more with it
I loved the idea! Fits very well into the theme
Very nice production value! With more villager types, and some progression (outside of upgrading your werewolf directly), it would be so good.
Very fun! For how simple the actual gameplay loop is, it is surprisingly addicting. With a bit more complexity and minor balance tweaking (seemed like taking extra damage did barely anything) it could honestly be a great game!
Good game ! Very fun to play but it is a bit difficult to attack up or down.
