- The game looks great, but could have used just a basic bgm. Nothing fancy just something. The name literally makes no sense, the gameplay is not balanced at all, enemies just attack already beaten characters over and over, obviously this needs more work. The visuals were good and the combat concept seems interesting but needs work.

I sucked a lot at graphic design and UI, so I'm glad I was able to improve some in a couple weeks.

this wins the award for best title, even if it doesn’t seem very relevant to the game itself. it’s just a brilliant pun. it’s a shame there’s no audio, but the art is very impressive! when it comes to the gameplay, I found it a bit tedious to spam-click through all the combat text, and everything ended up feeling a bit slow. that said, I liked how my choices shaped the party — there are some cool mechanics at play here!
wow, the art in this game is beautiful! its amazing the quality that you were able to put out within this 14 day period! the character portraits and stills look phenomenal, with each of their designs looking distinct! love the backgrounds too, the battle background especially looks mesmerizing, capturing this cyberpunk pink neon tinted nightlife, looks insanely good! the UI also looks incredible, reminds of a lot of the design sensibilities in some gacha games (maybe Arknights?), really good stuff here!
the gameplay is fun too, i can see some really nice potential here! love the attack distance mechanic, creates an interesting dynamic between how each of the characters play depending on where the enemy is currently at! also can potentially force players not to rely on a hard carry (though Tear really carried me throughout a lot of the fights xd). the combat would be elevated even higher if there were some feedback SFXs to the attacks or navigating through the UI and some BGM (but its fine cuz the game jam deadline xd). one nitpick though is that i wish that i understood what the shard rewards did for my attacks specifically before picking them up. i can intuit it based on their descriptions, but when the attacks show specific details on how they affect the battle using number values, it would be nice for the shards to have the same treatment.
overall, really nice submission, had a lot of fun with it, great work!
Cool game! Graphics and UI are really great. Sound and UX are a bit lacking. Also, it seems a bit hard to progress if you don't understand all the mechanics from the start, and trying everything again from the first combat is also not really viable. Maybe some checkpoints could've been a nice improvement. But nice look and feel nonetheless. And I really enjoyed the diversity of the abilities and the turn-based combat system. I was trying to accomplish something similar in my game, but unfortunately, it was pretty linear and boring in the end, your's is much more entertaining.
It’d help alot if there was some obvious indication as to what attacks worked at what stance, like a gun/knife icon.
Amazing artwork, the game looks great! Was lacking in sound though, even just adding some music would have been great on this.

Cool art, I saw a bug, dead characters even if you rest, is still marked as dead but they still have hp, the first 3 of my characters died then rested for the 7th day, when only six died, my game ended.
Also Weixian hates mielle so much and still hits her even though mielle is dead x.x

The art is really nice, but the game has some notable flaws. Tear is broken and I just spammed Aimed shot lol, the others didn't do much damage. Some audio would have been nice, the dead characters were attacked and it eventually turned into a aim shot clicker game. Maybe ability cooldown would balance things out! Also double clicking in the intro cutscene instead of single clicking is a bit different than I am used to. Other than that cool submission!

Oh it might actually be that the double click is to skip, but I remember the text being fully displayed when I was double clicking.
The art is beautiful for 14 days. While the character were slightly unbalanced (tear op) the gameplay was solid. All it needs is a soundtrack. Also would have loved more story and dialogue between the characters - there's a lot of potential. Overall very cool

Joking aside, the game is beautiful
The UI/UX is nice too (even if the progress bar feels a little flat next to everything, but that's a detail)
Wouldn't have seen and known about the "first" without you
Didn't really feel like the crystals had that much of an impact
Loved the characters and the world, would have liked to have more dialogues and narration with these graphics that look like ones from a visual novel
Some bugs, but helpful ones, so I won't complain
I felt like the left character didn't have much purpose except for the shield
The abilities are nice and the ranged / melee mechanic helped in making each character needed
Even tho there were a lot of characters, starting with a few skills helped in having a nice progression curve
Probably have to make the boss a bit less tanky and less of a "you die in one round" boss

The art is stunning! Well done for 14 days! Sadly, I didn’t have any audio during gameplay, but I am not sure if that’s because I was running it on Linux with a compatibility layer. The attacks on the characters felt rather unbalanced, which led me to rely on Tear only. Overall, though, I had a lot of fun playing it!

Wow this was such a beautiful looking game! I was so impressed by all the artwork it was a real treat!
The whole system and Ui was very impressive, I really liked how it was all set up and how the missions continued. The game kept surprising me with each character design! They all looked so cool!
Notes:
-I did find a bug were the enemies would keep attacking an already dead character so that gave me an advantage and I was not complaining when I was winning cause it was hard sometimes.
-Also I wish there was some way to have the option to rest after every combat, cause going in weakned from another fight was tough as nails, but I understand the idea behind it! Maybe have an economy system that allows you to pay for rest? Idk some idea that came to my mind.
-The characters were so cool I would have loved to hear more about them, maybe some story telling or monologues from the villains, I think would have been so interesting, maybe is just the writer inside me asking for more cause it was so good.
Great job overall for being solo this was monumental!!

Yess there are some bugs I gotta squash. I plan on updating the game after the jam to fix em :) And actually, the first version of the game did have a rest after every combat! But since certain characters only appear on certain days, I had to change it (for this jam specifically) so you actually got to go through some of the fights hahaha. Also, being able to skip through every day until the final boss might've caused some problems. I really like the payment idea, though! I think I'll implement that in the next version of the game.

The characters do all have pretty in depth lore actually :) I'll definitely take your feedback and try to give some more story spotlight next time! I'm so happy you're interested haha, it means a lot to me. A lot of the enemies are actually my friends' ocs which all exist in the same world, so they'd be able to provide some detail as well (Peegee and Rei for example, who've both commented here).

So the last boss does damage to all 4 players/characters kinder unfair in my honest opinion since all the enemy/fights only did damage to one at a time, the boss had no reason to do so much damage to all at once, I also bet the game using only TEAR (AIMED SHOT) and (STAB) from MIELLE you can beat the game pretty easily I finished the game on my first try. art was nice clean the colours purples, pinks, blues worked well good work on the art style, but the game was really easy, if you just spammed 2 moves.
Thanks for the feedback! I thought the final boss might've been too easy otherwise, but I guess it is a far jump up. The game itself, as you said, can be fairly easy if you find a working strategy so hahaha. I'm glad you liked the art :)

Love the game! Using Six I shapeshifted into Leon and was able to go through the last few enemies pretty quick. I one-shotted the last enemy with shapeshifted flurry strike. I wonder what exactly does the trust catefory affect? I had mine at -100% and all seemed fine lol

Trust is supposed to affect the pass rate. At -100%, you would probably always end your turn on that character loololl
The art is truly amazing.
Found some bugs where the people who died in your group still get attacked and then you can cheat your way until you get fully healed again. I quite liked the idea with switching positions but when one guy in your team dies that has a switching ability and the enemy is stuck in front of you, you do pretty much no more damage.
Still had a blast. With a soundtrack and some minor fixing this is lit
