Game's Take on the Theme
You spin to attack and parry, and all of the bosses attacks' spin and can be parried by spinning in the same direction.

Did your team make the majority of the art and music during the jam?
Art and music yes, some sound effects are from pixabay and others I made myself

Vfx and sfx are well done. I was struggled at first what to do, and tried to untie the chains by running around. I liked the game, but damn, i hate fighting slimes, it's just very boring and annoying. Other ones are way better

good art. If you have some free time, how can you watch my game?

The visuals are really nice, the overal gameplay is fine but I have not a powerful computer to run at full speed, just I like the aspect and feel of the game, its really fun mechanics here, I rate graphics control and fun the most, but all is great, also, if you have some time, please, rate my game too, thanks!!!

Really cool art, the game and sound was choppy/laggy for me. After I beat the boss nothing happened, but I had fun spin attacking him and his mini-spawns bouncing around! Well done, congrats on submission. Feel free to try our game if you like!

The art style makes the game very enjoyable to play. The mechanics of the dinosaur rotating and attacking in different directions, as well as the gyroscope BOSS, are perfectly in line with the theme. Additionally, the attack feedback is also done very well. I had a lot of fun playing this game.

3D graphic and light is good.

This has got to be one of my favorite entries so far! The little dino is super cute, and the gameplay felt really intuitive. The spinning mechanic was a lot of fun, and the bosses were super creative! The second boss took some figuring out, but once I realized what I had to do, it was great! Also, the way audio cues were used, especially in the second boss, was phenomenal. Very nice job!

Developer

Thanks! Your game's also one of my favorite entries so far :)

Really fun idea, unique environment, The robot was too tough, then I thought he was dead and his head got me :P  I kept reacting too soon to his attacks, but thats on my i guess..

Developer

Thanks for playing :)

Wow! What a great game! Very beautiful, very inventive, and with boss battles that are all very different. I really had a great time playing this game :D

However, it took me a while to figure out how to make the second boss vulnerable. You really have to pay attention to his animation, otherwise you'll be trying endlessly to parry his blows.

And also, for a color-blind person like me, the distinction between red and blue wasn't always obvious (especially as you have to be reactive!) Anyway, I still managed, and that didn't spoil my fun :)

Well done!

Thanks for the feedback and for playing! :)

Making it colorblind accessible was something I thought about but never took the time to do. If you don't mind me asking, were there any particular parts where the directional colors were muddied or was it just in general?

I had a bit of trouble distinguishing red and blue with the armored slimes. Then on the last boss, as I was color-blind, I thought I couldn't distinguish red and blue from the little orbs the boss threw at us. I finally understood that the orbs weren't colored and that you had to look at the little stars that told you the right color and then remember.

It has to be said that your reds and blues, especially on the slimes, are very bright, with a lot of white in them. This makes them difficult to distinguish for me. So when I saw the little white orbs, I thought they were colored but I couldn't see it, so I didn't think to pay attention to the stars ^^'

I don't know if I'm being very clear when I talk about very bright blue and red? Perhaps a color-blind mode could make these two colors more vivid, more fluorescent.

This one has some absolutely solid bosses!  I really enjoyed how you turned a simple gameplay mechanic into something really creative and fun.  The second boss initially didn't feel clear on what I was supposed to do since I kept parrying all of the attacks but nothing seemed to change until they missed one attack.  Overall, I had a ton of fun with this one!  Great job!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! Making the second boss more clear on how to beat it is something I intend to look into, as it's been a problem for multiple people. Glad you had fun tho! :)

These have been the best boss designs for me so far. Each one is very different from the other, each has its own mechanic to be defeated, and their art is amazing. This game turned out incredible, congratulations! The mechanics are simple, and everything fits perfectly !

Developer

Thank you!!! :D

great take on the theme, the character looks so good and the way you wake up up after each retry is a great touch. Really easy to pick up with minimal instructions and super fun

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! Glad you liked that little detail :)

Amazing game! It's incredibly original and brilliantly executed—I’m at a loss for words! Every element is crafted at the highest level!! One of the best games of this jam! Excellent work!

Developer

That's some high praise, thank you!! :D

Simply amazing! I could complain about the performance on the browser but it would be unfair. I loved the game and would be surprised if it's not one of the finalists. Great job!

Developer

Thanks! :D

Great visuals and a game can be tried as a commercial title. Liked to idea. Some performance improvement may be beneficial after attacks because the game somehow starts lagging after a while.

Developer

Thank you :)

Pretty good game, love the character digimon like vibe, nice use of the spin mechanics. Lovely!

Developer

Thanks! :)

My favourite game so far! I really enjoyed playing this one. The second boss took me a few tries but once I figured out you are supposed to dodge the blue attacks, it went smoother. Very fun across the board and great mechanics. Felt polished too, well done!

Developer

Thank you!!! Glad you liked it so much :D

Really polished visuals and sounds. I love how fun it is for how simple the concept is.

The 3rd boss felt like the most epic Simon game of my life.

I did run into an unexpected bug not mentionned in the "known issue" part of the description tho :

After dying to the first boss and try to go fight it again, I ended up not having control of my character and the boss stayed in the same state as when it killed me. I had to restart the game (playing on web).

Developer

Glad you liked it! :D

And thanks for letting me know about the bug, sorry you needed to restart

One of the games I enjoyed playing the most, besides the very precise controls, and I loved the 3D art ;)

Developer

Thank you! :D

very polished game! i can easily see this one winning. cute boss design, very fluid controls, appealing art. Only things i would complain about is a rather weak use of the theme and the amount of hp on the last boss. He takes forever to fight i dont even wanna try the hard mode ._.

Developer

Thanks! I'm flattered you think my game could win :D

Also thanks for your feedback, I don't blame you for not wanting to try hard mode lol (I'd be surprised if anyone has, I think I made the normal difficulty too challenging as it is)
