cool game. had fun playing it.

Interesting spin on the move around and progress on the maps, just wish it had been a bit faster paced. The fade animation is a bit too long compared to how fast the game can be otherwise. Clean simple visuals and audio were nice on top of everything else.

Cool game. Very nice minimalistic visuals.

I died a lot of times especially on the corridor with all the balls bouncing vertically. I did not make it past that level. Maybe a respawn point would be good or have the death animation be faster.

I suck at your game, there should be a bigger shield for players like me, haha.

Yeah I would have liked to have added different difficulty levels but time got away from me, ill probably add one now just for fun. I'm glad you still had fun despite the challenge!

Its cool! I have had an idea close to this before, but you excecuted it well!

Well done! :D

This was one of my favorites.  Difficult, but fair and lots of fun.  Also, loved the look of it.  One suggestion, I wish we could zoom out a bit and see more of what was coming and plan our strategy a little better.

Developer(+1)

I hadn't even considered this but you're completely right! I'll definitely add a zoom feature for the player. Thanks so much for the feedback <3

The shield to deflect the bouncing things was a good mechanic. It was tough to play through some of the levels if I made a mistake near the end. But even with the restarting form the start a lot it was a fun challenge.

Really cool game. I like the visuals a lot and I thought the mechanic of bouncing the balls of your shield was cool. I really would've liked some checkpoints, dying towards the end of the harder levels was pretty rough. Great work on this I had fun playing thru it!

Cool game, but here's some things I noticed:

  • The audio got a bit too loud when multiple orbs fired at the same time. This could be fixed by adding a bit of pitch variation and adding a audio limiter.
  • The shield doesn't point towards the cursor, which gets really confusing some times.
  • As Sundler said, it would be nice if we could see more of the screen.

With that said, I think that, with a bit of polish, this could be a very fun game.

Yeah I completely see what you mean. I'll try and fix this stuff once the round ends. Thanks so much for playing!

Fun game, with interesting level layouts and good game mechanic.

Was a bit tough as you couldn't see where the orbs were coming from.  Zooming out would've really helped.  Would have been nice to see the level we're on to emphasise the progression.

All in all, a good game.

Thanks so much for the feedback! That all makes sense, I'll keep it in mind for my next game 😊
