This looks awesome and controls really well. I think it will be a really fun game when it is finished. Best of luck!

This is a great prototype. I wish the screen was larger, and I'm excited to see what this looks like in round 2!

I eat all blocks! I win? )

Very cool retro vibes , cute artstyle and animations. Will be watching for your game in the next rounds!

The game looks interesting, it's just a shame that you can't enlarge the window, and also the jump button choice is strange

Very cool start to a game! Would've absolutely kept playing this if there was more to it. I really like that you can eat a bunch of stuff above you it's fun to spam the eat button. Great job on this!

I think this is a great start for a game.  I love the look of it (good color choices).  I wish there was a little tutorial mode that kicked it all off (my game needs that too).  Still, this was simple but fun.  Well done.

Very nice game! Only recommendation is to stretch to viewport, and make your camera bigger.

I think what you have so far is really awesome! I'm really curious to see where you take this. Very clean animations too. Nice!

Very interesting mechanics and a cool concept too
my experience when i played it is how the sense of progression doesnt really stand out to me and i didnt really get the idea on how the puzzle works and the way to solve it. When i was playing what comes to my mind was i eat blocks and become the same color and stand between blocks that are the same color as my character but it doesnt seem to be the way to solve it. (this also probably bcs im bad at understanding lol)
but the game is cool i really like the concept👌

This is a fun game. Was hoping for a little variety with the different blocks, but I guess I'll have to wait until you develop it. Good luck, this was fun.

Hey, I liked the movement controller very much, it feels great to control. A comment though is that I used the “mess” option and I think there was something weird when eating, it would not eat all blocks and sometimes it would eat blocks behind, not sure if I hit a bug or there is a mechanic around that. If it’s the later maybe you can explain it in the game page. Also, the game looks a little too small. I believe you can still edit the itch.io page after submission, maybe you can add the fullscreen button?
