Would love to play the game, if only there was a mac build for this, I'm unfortunately using a mac pc :((

Developer

It's definitely should be a priorite to make an HTML build for future jams 😅

Thanks for reaching out! It means a lot!

I would love to see a speed run timer slapped on this. I bet streamers would love to try that out :D

Developer

Timer? You mean this one? In the right corner? :)

Submitted

Oh my goodness, I totally missed that. I feel like a doofus haha, MY BAD. Keep up the good work ;)

Submitted(+1)

I liked it the timer the scaling the challange of things scalling down after a few seconds I had a lof fun in this fast paced "I don't know what the hell is happening right now" kind of way :D

Developer

Glad you enjoyed it! It differs in pacing in contrast with your game :)

Pretty interesting idea! Though the physics are kinda janky, and it would be cool if you could scale objects up to use as shields against the turrets (their shots always seem to go through walls). But it’s a neat concept for a speed run-type game.

Developer(+1)

Cool idea with shields!
Enemy bullets collision seems to be broken, yeah. The problem with testing and being the developer - you're never playing your game as a player :)

Submitted(+1)

Cool game! I couldn't reach the end but I liked it a lot :)

You lied to me tho, that little guy wasn't harmless!😂

Developer(+1)

You just didn't found a common tongue :)
He can be very helpful!

Very cool concept and use of the theme, but it was quite tricky as a puzzle platformer, especially with the falling hazards and ease with which you can block your progress.  It's probably why Portal went to great lengths to prevent fall damage and objects would re-appear if you lost them.  Maybe try that approach.

Developer(+1)

That is, actually, very simple fix for those issues and for whatever reason (maybe rushing to the deadline) it didn't come up in my mind!
Thank you for you feedback! It's very useful!

Great concept and fun mechanic, I got stuck on the level that starts with 3 turrets. Either got wallbanged by one ore accidently shrank a platform that i needed for progress until it would not return to its size.

Sometimes it felt like the hitbox of the wooden stuff was a little, unforgiving.

But have to say; great job!

Developer

Thank you for playing!
This game definitely needs more polishing to "feel satysfing and fair" and less random.
I hope you had fun playing our game!

This is so interesting!! Scaling the size of different objects allows for various ways to clear the levels. I really enjoyed the part where I could ride the truck, and I also loved making everything huge, it was so much fun! I also liked the meadow outside the levels, the scenery was great and fun. I haven’t passed the last level yet (it’s a bit difficult for me). I just closed the game and saw the cover image. I wondered if I could clear the turrets on the road by scaling up the houses and trees in the sky. I’m too lazy to open the game and start from the beginning to verify my idea. Also, your concept of “Every bug is a feature” is well reflected in this game, it gave me a lot of inspiration ,I really like it! And the fact that you completed this game in just 48 hours is crazy!

Developer

Thank you for such a details feedback!
The last level was built in last minutes of the 48 hr jam to "make something crazy" and wasn't properly tested!
Unfortunately scaling houses and trees will not affect turrets but you've made a good point and added good suggestions. If we will polish and tune the game after the jam I will definitely revisit your comment, thanks!

This game gives me portal 2 vibes and I like it. The physics is fun but the turret is making the game too hard for me. It can be solved by giving player a health pool. It’s a nice game fitting the theme and has potential to make into a game for speedrun.

Developer(+1)

Health system is what didn't make the cut :)

Chaotic but very fun to play game. CS surf map vibe :D. Compared to other games very original. Congrats

Developer(+1)

Speaking of originality - you have a VERY original game for my taste :)
You've got mine second "ALL FIVE" for this day!

Nice game !

Developer

So is yours :)

Really nice job, pretty fun gameplay. Great job!

Developer

Thanks for playing! Good luck with your entry!

Submitted(+2)

Pretty fun, very chaotic experience. I will say though, the lack of polish hurts it sometimes, namely in the third level the watermelons are really frustrating to try and wrangle into the right spots, and stuff clips out of bounds quite a bit, and you can fall forever at times. Definitely a cool concept, would be neat as a full experience and a really fun speed game.

Developer(+2)

Thanks for detailed feedback.
Can't deny what we spend too little time on polishing.
That's definitely a lesson for a future!

This was honestly pretty fun to play, the mechanics are fun with the use of the gun, almost reminds me of the portal gun, only it being more centered around changing object size lol.  Some of the levels were honestly hard to get through, but other than that, it was a good game nonetheless. Nice work :)

Developer

Appreciate honest feedback!
We should definitely to work more with time constrains to have enough time for polishing mechanics and levels.

This is a unique take on the shooter puzzle genre. I had a lot of fun dodging turrets around and solving puzzles. I also like how smoothly the objects change scale. The movement might need a little bit of polish, but it was pretty good for a game jam!

Developer

Smoothness of the objects scaling was a surpise even for us :)
But even though the way we worked with physics engine led to different quirks we couldn't handle.
There are definitely ways to improve!

Submitted(+1)

This was actually really fun, especially the movement and speed. Although the physics were a little weird sometimes, that just made it more fun to mess around with.

Developer

I hope it's not the last time we're trying to rein the physics! This time we lose the battle but only this time!

Submitted(+1)

Really fun game, reminds me a bit of CS:GO Surfing with how jank the movement is and it is sooo enjoyable! I loved breaking the levels using the ball dude that chased you LOL

Very worth the time to play, a true Jam experience XD

Developer(+1)

Breaking the level it's the big part of the fun!
That's my preferable way of play for our game too!

Glad you've enjoyed it!

Submitted(+1)

A fun and chaotic experience! The physics have a healthy amount of wonk to them, but often often enough that gels well with the gameplay.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed it!
Physics can be wonky, that's true. But that was an interesting experience to try to roll with it.

Submitted(+1)

It was a fun quick game! The turret section was a bit too difficult (apparently turrets can shoot through walls), but over all it was nice . My game actually has a similar mechanic with a gun lol

Developer(+1)

Highly recommend to check submission of this guy!
That was awesome experience!
Thanks for playing and for your submission!

Fun fact: peni in italian means penises
