How does your game fit the theme?
You have to build a tower from the ground up to reach "the heavens", while planning carefully where to place the pieces not to hinder yourself later.

Good idea and solid execution! I like the “throw to interact” detail, it adds a lot of personality.
I'm so glad you liked the throwable boxes in menus, we thought it would be an awesome way to introduce the mechanic (try throwing it against the title made out of pieces). Thanks for playing it!
Pretty fun! Kind of surprised how far up I got when I wasn't really trying, but then when a tried to actually make it properly I failed miserably :P
Thank you so much for playing it, and I'm so happy you found it fun! And yeah, the moment you see the timer and you start trying not to throw any single piece away is where it gets messy and falls :p
Liked how the art and music come together with the gameplay. Good job!
Thank you so much for checking our game out! <3
Wow, actual perfect game until the music glitched :( but awesome work nonetheless, I love the flavor text so much, and very polished!
I'm glad you liked it, thank you!!! We literally broke the music on one of the last changes before the final build, and we didn't notice until a minute or so before the final deadline ):
Great game ! Nothing to mention about any bugs or anything, amazing concept with a fun idea ! Keep up the good work :)
Thank you so much for playing our game! I'm really glad you liked it <3333
Not really any feedback to give! Polished game and love the music! Also the different height measurements were a nice touch! Great entry! :)
Thanks, I'm glad you liked it!
Super well made and polished game! The undertake style dialog cutscenes were really fun, I love all these stacking games (I even kinda made one, just in a different way). Amazing job overall, I did not encounter any issues! Amazing job!
Thank you so much for checking out our game, and I'm glad you liked it! It's clear we didn't try to hide the Undertale inspiration lmao (;
I really like this kind of physics based and stacking games too, will definitely check yours in the morning (it's like midnight here) <33333
No real feedback, this is overall extremely well done. Fantastic job on such a polished entry!
Aww thank you so much!!! :D
Excellent game! Great execution of the theme, great style and feel too. Only thing is I missed the special blocks on my first playthrough so some kind of in-game indication that those are ready as well as a tooltip saying what they do would be great. But amazing game regardless, congrats!
Thank you for playing it on stream, and I'm really glad you liked it! Will be definitely making the specials clearer post-jam (and fixing the music lmao), so thanks for the feedback too!
The controls are really smooth and the idea is original.
The artwork pairs excellently with the music and aesthetics.
Really well done!
Thank you so much for playing it, and I'm glad you enjoyed it! None of us in the team are artists or musicians whatsoever, so hearing you say that about the artwork and the music makes me so happy!
I like the toss of the block being the way to interact with the UI haha. Respect the consistency.
The physics on the block I'm placing felt a bit too much. Would have been nice if I had more stable control of it and its rotation until I place it.
The first checkpoint of 10m took me a few tries to reach! After that I got some of the other checkpoints in that same try. Maybe the first checkpoint could be a bit lower?
And why would I want a circle?? :p
Otherwise I had some good fun! Congrats on the game
Thanks for the awesome feedback, and I'm glad you liked it!
Nice tower building game! Very fun to move around the shapes.
Aww thank you so much! :D
It's interesting to see another take on tower building game. Slightly struggled with pieces rotation when grab them. It feels unintuitive for me. But very well made game overall. Very good job!
Thank you for checking it out!
Oh and the rotation thing, yeah, I was trying to make it so turning the mouse in circles would easily rotate the pieces, but I honestly had no idea of how to make that, and with just 4 days decided to do the best I could instead. Still, I'm really glad you liked it!
This is similar to another jam game that I played, but here it's just a arcade game. It's still pretty chill, except for the parts where the block shaked and I was freaking out to try to solidify the tower.
The glue stick don't work and the music glitches out when it fully loops.
It's an arcade game, but early choices do affect your ability to continue later on. You're definitely not getting far unless you build (and keep building) a wide base.
We're also aware of the bugs, unfortunately we just couldn't fix them in time. Thanks so much for playing and giving thoughtful feedback!
This game was such a blast to play. Stacking the blocks feels extremely satisfying, and the amazing visuals made it even better. I was a bit confused on what one of the specials did. It would've been helpful to have a little tooltip describing them, but it honestly didn't take anything away from the experience. I also loved the little height fun facts. They really helped the feeling of progression as the tower grew higher and higher.
Tooltips for the specials is probably a good idea, yeah. Thanks for playing and for the feedback!
Super polished! Little touches like the title screen Easter Egg and "As tall as a T-rex" add a lot.
Thank you so much for playing it on stream before, I really appreciate it! <3
out of all the tower building games in this GJ, this has felt the most polished experience so far. the height comparison was a great addition. I really struggled to get past 30m, but that's because I tried to use the triangle bits, I'll try again later just throwing them away haha
Really??? Thank you so much for the kind comment <333
I was talking with my teammate about saving all the wonderful comments we've been getting and making a poster out of them, cause these are the kind of things that make me (and I'd imagine her too) proud of the time, effort and love we've put into getting the end result we got.
And if you want some tips, try making the base as wide as the timer lets you, and using especially the long pink special piece when about to reach checkpoints, to give you a sturdy base to continue (and you can actually use triangles really well if you plan it properly, like matching equal ones to make rectangles and such). That got me to 70 meters or so, as after a certain point the checkpoints get waaaaay too far apart.
this is made in raylib right? how did you port it to web so well? mine sucks i think i did it wrong
Take a look at the build script. The relevant stuff is in the wasm test w/ the emcc command. @segfaultdev can answer any more specific questions as he set the wasm build up.
thanks i'll try this :)
Enjoyed this and thought is was really polished between the artwork, intro and music! Well done!
Thanks, I'm really happy you liked it! For the artwork and polish stuff you have @segfaultdev to thank :)
Great game! Love the artwork :0
Awww thank you so much for playing it, and I'm glad you enjoyed the artwork :D
