How does your game fit the theme?
Both your score and ball grow and shrink exponentially in size. Breaking the scale of the score will give you bonus multipliers, but a larger ball will make it harder to aim.

Very cool game ! The UI gives every information you need, the gameplay loop is working perfectly and is very juicy, loving it ! Good job

I really had fun playing this game, and it's very satisfying for sure! Tho I don't know if it's just me or I got a bug ,but the ball trail never went away, so when the ball got bigger, everything turned white :D! Other than that the game felt finished and very polished! Gotta add a modifier so you can add more balls!

Developer

Thanks for playing! The bug seems to only be present on the web browser version when playing in fullscreen for some reason (html export shenanigans). So feel free to try the desktop version!

Help this game is so hard. Or my aim is just garbage lol.

This is really cool! Gameplay is fluid and I really enjoyed the concept. Having a limited time slowdown feature was also super cool. Thoroughly enjoyed! And of course I love the fact you're called Tiny Capybara Games :P

Really fun game and very polished!

At first i thought i had bronen it because i got like -40.000.000.000 but then i understand that that was normal hahah.

I got 464.161.928.791.417.856.57 points 😎

Developer(+1)

haha part of the idea was to get people confused about the score going bonkers xD

you should try to hold onto your combo until the yellow gauge at the bottom left fills up! that's where flashy things start to happen :)

thanks for playing and we're glad you enjoyed it though!

This is on of the most funny gameplays i test on this jam, and i try a loot of submitions! really well done with the feeling in the controls, the sounds and hitting the power ups are really cool too. amazing work

Submitted

Really fun and juicy gameplay. Once the ball gets big and the powerups start activating it gets really satisfying!

That was very fun to play! Presentation is great, game feel is great, nice arcade vibes, well done ! :)

Submitted

Lovely polished game!

Developer

Glad you liked it and thanks for playing!

Great job! You manage to make very fun and competitive arcade! And art is also very polished!

Developer

Thanks :) glad you enjoyed it!

I like how you can also hit the spirit with bat, and they can clash into each other, it's fun! Also it's so satisfying to make the ball bigger.

Thank you for playing! In the early stages, the only way we could eliminate 'bad' enemies was to strategically cash in a good score and then get rid of the enemies by hitting them with a low-score ball (so it didn't hurt your points very much). That was definitely less than ideal and we felt like some mechanic was missing. When we came up with the ability to hit enemies (and smash them against each other) it 100% clicked and made the game tons more fun. Thanks for the feedback!

That's so cool, glad to know how this idea came up. Those click moments are truly satisfying and I guess that's a fun aspect of being a game dev.

This was amazing! I got to 5 singularities. I get to see a lot of numbers go up, get really nice controls, and satifying hits?! Honestly might've been the best game from the jam I've played so far

Developer

Thank you, this means a lot :D Glad you enjoyed it! (and five singularities is a great score, congrats!)

Very polished game! It is noticeable that your team worked hard and carefully on it, very fun!

I can definitely see this game going in the top 100! :D

Developer

Glad you had fun! Top 100 would be absolutely bonkers :D

This game is so much fun! I love the clever idea combined with such a simple core concept. Could use a bunch more modifiers and some progression for your bat, but a jam game is a jam game haha. Nice job!

Developer

We definitely want to take this one further and add a bunch of stuff, hehe. Thanks for the feedback and glad to hear you enjoyed it!

This game is sick! It's very nicely polished and I love arcade titles for jams! Great take on the theme too. Always blown away by what people manage in a only a couple of hours.

Developer

Thank you! Really glad to hear you liked it :)

That was super fun! Very well made, I kinda want a full version of this game now

Developer

we're with you, we kind of want a full version of it as well xD

i got a score of minus 500 quintillion (18 0's) in like 5 minutes idk how

Developer

it must have been rigged!

Submitted(+1)

super fun and satisfying, the movement and hitting the ball are just so crisp... reminds me of the game lethal league

Developer

we're glad you enjoyed it! we really tried to make everything feel good this time around, and I'm also glad that you noticed a reference to lethal league
