Game Description
Help Tony get his coffee! He's sleepy and has a tendency to sleepwalk...

How does your game tie into the theme?
Missing a jump can often set you back further than you'd expect. Sleepwalking is also an unintended consequence of failing to wake Tony up in time.

Fun but super hard! Also really great idea for the rest mechanic, didn’t expect that!

Very satisfying jump mechanic, although very difficult to get used to.. I tried that first jump like 20 times lol. The music is a nice vibe, and feels like a coffee shop atmosphere. I like the "stratagem style" mini-game for waking up too. Well done on this!

Really enjoyed this! The controls and mechanics were well done.  The sleepwalking mini-game was just hard enough to really set me back a few times, but not so hard that it felt unfair. Definite Jump King vibes.

Great work!

Yikes this one is hard...

Want to come back and try to beat it later

Well Done!

Really nice! Loved the music and the visuals, just a shame that I suck at the game. Maybe one day sleepy Tony will get his coffee.

Super fun and chill, I liked it a lot :)

Thanks for playing!

I had so much fun trying to jump around. :D Nooo Tony wake up!

Jump King vibes, but so much more chill. Nice level design and the difficulty was good. (= a little too difficult for my comfort, just the way I like it)

Walking would have made the game smoother, maybe with a small energy drain. But it’s no big deal. Having to try to move in small hops was fun too.

Developer

Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed the difficulty :)

Why is it that Tony can only walk when sleeping? :D

Fun idea with the sleeping mechanic, the implementation is polished pretty well. Good job!

Thank you! Tony just hates walking consciously 🙃

Really fun game! You could add checkpoints / one way platforms to make it a bit more fair, but I guess the Getting Over It way works too.

The sleepwalking mechanic is really cool and creative. Especially when you abuse it to actually move forward in the level.

Thanks! Yeah we had a hard time deciding how punishing the game should be. Definitely something we would like to fine tune if we had more time for playtesting!

I feel like the only way to make consistent jumps is by charging it all the way.

Developer

Indeed. Partial jumps ended up being mostly for minor repositioning. I think if we had more time we could've explored making partial jumps more critical. Thanks for the feedback!

Cool concept! I like the idea of sleepwalking setting you further back in the level sometimes. The game was a bit too hard though and the jumping mechanic was a lil janky.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah difficulty was tough to get right, and the jump sometimes had some strange behavior. Glad you liked the sleepwalking!

Cool original concept and good (and frustrating in a good way) use of the sleepwalking / walking Tony up. I would recommend making the start of the game a bit easier so people get used to the mechanism, I was not able to make the first big jump, it seems that even on the very edge, it still did not get me all the way up.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! Difficulty was definitely one of the things we went back and forth on.
