Great game! It was an amazing time, the boss was well made and the attacks fun to dodge (although the attack when he slams his hands on the ground, the safe point is always in the middle), the controls were smooth and the gameplay loop easy to pick up. I also enjoyed the various changes between phases, like the field status, and the "unfairness" in the last phase! Wheeley McTwist feels truly a villain, personally I could see this as a part of a bigger game!
The artwork is incredibly well done on this one, the game LOOKS FANTASTIC! The music was also very settling.. About the gameplay, I found that it was fun, for me the spear was OP.
I struggled with the laser attack from the boss, if waiting a liiittle longer for the attack to start it would be better? Idk, it is not something that compromises the experience. Great great work!
Really funy and cute design, works really slow on browser and hurted my experience but great game nontherless
Wow! This is awesome! Really liked the art style, it gets the old cartoon vibe perfectly and its very well polished! At first, the lack of an hp bar made me confused but the background changing was a nice touch!
Some weapons are weird to use but some are really fun! It keeps getting more and more impressive on the visual side and it's really awesome. 2D sections were also, really fun. The fixed camera made dodging some attacks quite tricky but I get it's for the vibes. Anyway, great job!

Nice stuff, it's not the snappiest controls but its fun to play with interesting boss design
This game has an amazing unique style in both music and visuals and some really fun gameplay and the boss itself is quite hard, but that makes sense considering it’s the namesake of the game (and presumably the only boss, i wasn’t able to beat it lol). I also like the intermission with the tomatoes, although i thought i had won the first time it added a lot of comedy to the game. If i had one critique, it’d be that the weapons are either too easy or too hard to use. I don’t think it’s a massive critique as obviously it’s supposed to be random; but i feel like i always wanted the spear or hammer and just waited out all other weapons.
Very cool boss design! I had a lot of fun playing this. Very good art direction too, nice to look at. Maybe some more attack variety would have been nice between the different phases.

Really like it a lot! Its was fun and VERY creative! One of the more unique ones I've played so far. Would love to see if it gets further development. Music was amazing and sfx were very fitting. The art as well was really really good! Honestly can't give enough praise xD
When the laser attack started, I suddenly realized that this was a 2D game—it caught me completely off guard! 😂 I really like the retro eerie yet cartoonish art style, and the music is very enjoyable. A small introductory tutorial would help in understanding the mechanics, but even without it, I quickly got the hang of things. Overall, the boss fight is very well executed. I had a great time—fantastic work!

- UI transitions were smooth and thematic really liked that
- Nice art style, everything felt very consistent with the audio vibes as well
- I really liked the depth of being able to move closer/further away, I initially thought it was a side scroller but the added 2.5 dimension to the movement was a nice touch
- The ball attack felt a little unintuative around which direction it was firing, I'd expected it to aim in the direction the mouse is pointing relative to the character instead of being tied to the character movement
- Would have liked an indicator of how many hits/health the player had left
- The lights around the wheel breaking as you do damage is a great way to do the boss health, love the diagetic approach to UI there
- The telegraphing of the hand attacks is slightly too hard for me, I appreciate the buildup of the hand following you or the shadows looming but a visual/audio cue right before the attack is about to start would make it a bit easier to avoid imo
- Love the environmental effects on the wheel as the fight goes on, I only ever seemed to get the frozen floor one though so the randomization might need weighting or tweaking a bit there
- The bonus round between phases is a fun way to shake things up!
Wow, it's actually very well made game. I see you were inspired by Cuphead. Just one thing - character is a little bit slow, but that's ok
I liked the game in general. it's good for game jam. but it's a little bit slow, needs more boss move variants for each phase, and more juice in general. I really love to see more updates for this game. I wish you luck and hope that you win.
This game is very unique in term of visual presentation. I got me tripping for a bit cuz I can't jump accurately to dodge the ribbon thing. Overall, good job!
