Felt a bit glitchy, maybe there is a some way to make the attacking smoother? Otherwise easy to understand the mechanics and I can see that if you would change some graphics this could be a pretty good game.
Really fun game, I had a blast. Only thing is the first level was really long but after it started to be fun as hell. The map could maybe be a bit bigger or like an infinitly generating so that we can still move around as a big reaper but there is so many way this game could continue. Great job!
great work. movement and attack animation are lit! concept is cool too. enjoyed the game.
I liked this a lot! Seems like a solid start to some kind of bullet-hell/Vampire Survivors style thing with a rogue-like progression thing going on. One thing I'd recommend in the future with this competition is to make the connection to the prompt as clear as possible. I liked all the mechanics, but since there were several it was hard to know for sure what the primary and secondary were. Even something in the description saying something like "I designed this with the idea of ___ as the primary mechanic and ____ as the secondary mechanic and added a few other things" could earn you some extra points. Because of the way the rating works how clearly the prompt is followed can be worth more points than how good the game is. Just a thought for next time! I still really enjoyed it!
Thank you for the feedback! I'll be sure to keep that in mind for the future, I really appreciate it :)
Wow good job! :D
Thank you so much! :D
liked alot!
nice work man
dont grab my soul pls i need to sruvive till next gdko roundthank you!
I really like how easy it is to completely break this game. You can fire a wall of projectiles that nearly crashed my pc, cover every square inch with the giant player model, or even become faster than light. I love games where you can slowly build a powerful character, but I love games that skip the "slowly" part even more!
Thank you! Since this was just made to showcase the use of two features, I really wanted to embrace the jank of an exponential upgrade function :)
My bias is that this game is freaking awesome because I get to play a reaper reaping souls. Loved this game so much. Only thing I can think of is that the first bit is really slow to get to the first upgrade.
Thank you so much! I really wanted to get a cool concept for the base, so this means a lot to hear :)
good idea, and a lot of room for development of the idea, continue!
Thank you so much!
I enjoyed the game, but I found it to be slow in the beginning. Once I got a 2x soul upgrade, it went much faster.
Thanks!
Fun game, but the player moves super slowly towards the beginning. Otherwise, i love it, very fun.
Thank you!
