Wow man. You really nailed it. The transition from the intro screen to the first stage was SUPERB. Great job.

Developer

Thank you! We're really proud of it. :)

A nice short game that encouraged me to play it multiple times to find the best route. The artstyle is really great and very impressive considering you did it during the jam. Good game!

Developer

Thank you for your kind words! Glad you had a good time! We're certainly proud of it.

Short, fun, chaotic and certainly out of control! Congrats on the great submission

Developer

Thanks for playing!

The overall experience looks amazing. Shaders are great, post-processing effects are great, the simplicity and color spread is great.

I am not sure it is necessary to have the player hold the mouse button to aim though, the scoring system could use a bit more of an incentive (Though having an online scoreboard at the end is GREAT), and I really wish the bullets had a bit more of an "oomph" to them.

That was fun and enjoyable, I loved it, great work!

Developer

Thank you for playing!

Definitely would want to change the left click to aim if we did it again, that was a simple fix to a issue I had trying to support keybaord/mouse and gamepad inputs, but never got round to properly solving .

We had more plans for the scoring but again, just didn't get round to improving the system.

Glad you enjoyed it though!

I loved the art style, would love to see some tutorial on how how to create it. The game looks incredibly polished and the audio is ear candy.

Awesome game mate.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing and for your kind comments!

If I ever start making tutorials you'll be the first to know :D

Not gonna lie, I didn't know what exactly I was doing at first and tried to shoot all of my coworker, which kind of felt more fun than trying to avoid them (this isn't a negative). Loved the art style and the feeling of moving the character around. Great game!

Developer

Yeah, we were planning on having some more whiteboards around for tutorials but ran out of time.

To be honest we wanted to make a game that was just as fun to fail as to succeed so I guess we achieved that :D

Thanks for playing and you kind words!

The visual style is very cool! The contrast between monochrome and colors reminds me of this music video.

I also like the 3D top-down shooter genre, it's still rather rare.

Developer

Thank you for playing our game!

I definitely see what you meant about the music video. Heard the song hundreds of timers, never seen the video!

We're big fans of twin stick shooters, it was nice to create something a little different but still familiar :)

Wow very cool!  The art is so good~~ I also like how the splats stain the area! Congrats on submitting a top notch top down shooter game to the jam, please check out my game if you haven't :D

Developer

Thank you for your kind words! We're really proud with how it turned out!

I am playing everyone's games who takes the time to comment on us, but I have a full time job so takes me a little while on some of them :)

This is an amazing game. I love the art style and sounds. And the four arms in the ground level really made me laugh, perfect escalation!

It would help a lot if you would rate my game as well, it's my first ever so would really appreciate the feedback! Thank you

Developer

Thank you for playing! Very happy you enjoyed it :)

I have actually already rated your game :D I just got distracted and forgot to comment! But it was a really neat idea! Would be cool to see more.

Thanks, appreciate it!!!

I like the panic in the main character's voice xD Really cool game though, it look clean, gameplay is fun and smooth and the SFX and audio fit nicely and add to the overall experience. Solid work!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing and for your kind words :)

We had a lot of fun recording the voices. Took as twice as long as it should because of all the laughing!

How you made such a visually engaging game in 48 hours is incredible! Nice job, I really enjoyed play your game

Developer

Thank you for playing!

I am always surprised with how quickly Damien and Becky can turn things around. :)

The aesthetics of the game are extremely cool and fun. It's also helpful gameplay wise because it helps me know where I've already been based on the splattered paint. The fact you created all the art in 48hrs is seriously impressive and commendable.

My biggest gripe with the game is that you can shoot through walls which can make it very unfair to the player trying to hug the walls. Also, I'm not sure if this was intentional, but the last level felt IMPOSSIBLE to do without shooting basically everyone I came across. Other than that, I had a ton of fun and it fits the theme amazingly.

Developer

Thank you very much for playing! I'm really proud of what Becky and Damien accomplished in the time with the art!

I'd like to say shooting through walls it intentional to punish wall huggers.... but to be honest we found it funny so it was never high on the fix list!

We already intended the last level to be tough, but we just ran out of time and so we didn't get round to tweaking npc placements.

Thanks again for playing and your kind words!

you did all this art in 48H ? really nice job !
And the game in itself is also very cool !

Developer(+1)

Yes! Becky worked on the environment and Damien did the characters, I'm very proud of them|

Thank you very much for playing!

This happens to me at work all the time!

Amazing visuals! The models and shaders are really cool!

Developer(+1)

Yeah this is actually a true story of how I got fired from my last job :P

Thanks for playing! We're super happy with how it came out.

I really like this one! My one gripe is that you can shoot through walls, making people get hit when they really shouldn't have. But the presentation is very pleasing, the gameplay is fun, and the theme was used very well. Nice job!

Developer

Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed it!

We found the shooting through walls funny so it was low on our to fix list - our game only became playable about ten minutes before we submitted :D

Submitted

Cutting it close eh? Lol! Again, good work.

I loved the aesthetics of the game. The game felt really polished in terms of presentation. A really good submission.

Developer

Thank you very much for playing! Glad you enjoyed yourself!

Such a fun game, the aesthetics are great in this one. I just wished the camera was a little more far away, I was making my cooworkers cry before I even could see them ;-;

Developer

Thank you for playing!

Camera position was on the list of tweaks we never got round to! Had some last minutes issues with not being able to come up with a game name :D

Submitted

Really well done and polished game! maybe my favorite "don't shoot your other people" submission of the jam. Love it!
