Cute! ♥ You just need to move forward, but it's a very atmospheric way to move forward! There's a certain charm to it. Well done! ♥
Loved it. Made me question my existence and thinking about futility more than any other game in the jam! I love the art style and the 2 pixel PC. Seriously great approach to the theme and a work of art.
I forgot to switch off the oven fr.
Really simple short and sweet game and idea, love it!! I was at first confused about how to play by holding down the button, otherwise was nice and kinda meditative too!
Quirky interactive experience with comedic dialogue :) The style complimented the situation very well
Nice and Short. I would've loved shorter landscapes, longer appearing dialogue boxes and more indication to where the robot frooze. I love Pico 8 games. Great job!
Nice Story!!Nice Game
Think first, good robot, right? Really interesting mountain game!
Seriously though, this was a fun little piece of art, thanks for making it!
Interesting concept! I didn’t realize I had to keep holding right on the second part of the mountain. Clingy really do be climbing forever haha.
Good job!
I think i missed a small tutorial but the game is very fun and the feeling is quite good !! :D
I played this for years trying to figure out what I was doing wrong, but then my room flooded thanks to global warming and I've lost all understanding of existence. So thanks :|
It took me quite a few deaths before I realised I just needed to hold right. but afterwards, it was quite a zen experience, with a fun ending! Nice work!
Amusing as always. I know it is ultimately a joke and the punchline is really great, but I actually think the simplicity of the mechanics actually really complements the game at a narrative level, and there is an interesting story here in the environment about time and the scale of things.
my only feedback is perhaps you could provide a clearer indication that we did in fact reach the end, because after the first screen I thought I messed up at first, but then again perhaps that just makes it even more amusing.
I think that the low-res art here really emphasized the bleak scenario, and the elementary understanding of the situation that the robot seems to have. Condensing a whole dramatic worldwide story into the background of a singularly focused robot is a really cool narrative trick, and I think the gameplay of just doing one single thing forever drove it home all the more. My biggest request would be for more clarity with the mechanics. I also let go of right after clearing the first screen, which then made me fail and less interested in replaying. That aside, very positive impression! Thanks!
Really unique experience about a smol robot guy climbing a mountain!
I think you did a really good job at conveying the robot's loneliness, the ambience was really well done
It took me a while to understand what I had to do, but good job!
That was interesting! Being forced to hold down that right arrow really makes me feel like the robot who spent centuries scaling a mountain. Good work!
i love this game! it's super funny that whenever you stop you freeze to death (even though you are a rboot who is not even alive?!) very silly game
This is really interesting, the game mechanic of holding to move can definitely be frustrating if needing to pause etc but it definitely works as a metaphor for pushing through the climb.
The water section terrifies me as you are climbing down and the water is rising. I also found it very interestting the first time that I noticed the clock. Storytelling with no text.
This game was very funny thank you :D
