Ended the season with 3993 for my first attempt - nice idle game! As others have echoed, if this were to be polished further, would love the increased confidence of what will happen with a preview placement - sometimes I thought the run below would attach instead of the run above where my placement was, but otherwise a nice contained experience that was easy to understand.

Really cool idea and nicely executed. I liked the animations that told you why you can not place a block somewhere. In some cases i could not tell why i can not place a block in a specific area but the game kept me motivated until the end.

Keep up the great work

I love the concept it reminds me of the automatization type of games, i would recommend incorporating a tutorial because i was a bit lost and i had to restart three times until i got the sense of the game(maybe i should have read the page), anyways the game was fun and a very interesting concept, so keep it on.

Interesting game, I really love the uniqueness of this game of running a ski resort and have it be simplified to just figuring out how to make slopes that earn more money without interfering with other slopes. Love how polished it is too, I can't imagine how much of a migraine this must've given you to get everything done and working in time. The lack of sound does lower the experience a bit so I hope you'll be able to build upon this project or a similar project to this in the future because man, this is extremely good stuff. Congrats on your game!

For some reason, when I hit start nothing happens :(

Great idea! I could definitely see it becoming a cool game with all things added, or maybe a board game? Right now it's a bit tricky though, with not enough explanation of how things work, and I didn't get how can you delete the track?

Really enjoyed the concept and this take on the manager/sim style!

I have enthusiastically played ski resort managers before, but never was anything quite like it. It's one of those games I could easily lose myself in for hours on end. Wish it had something for the ears, and you'll continue this project and add more levels in the future (one level suffices totally for a jam). I really admire this cute looking, technically skilled and innovative concept. This btw. is my mountain right here, first try. It was max fun, but a bit awkward then to just wait until time was over, since I couldn't find any undo or demolish function, or option to speed up time. It became intuitive how slopes form only after turning half my mountain into quite a mess. Still, I became rich. Owning's a ski resort's a blast.

Awesome concept, there's definitely potential for a great game! As you mentioned in your game description, some QoL updates would be awesome! Simply removing tiles from a run would be enough to completely change the game experience.

But is a cool game and concept that can be easily improved by adding upgrades, more buildings, etc.

This is an interesting idea. I think it starts a little slow unless I was doing something wrong. Is there a reason to make longer runs for each color vs just making more runs? Over all a very unique idea I think could be expanded into a great sim game. Love the sprites and art!

The concept for this game is really fun and I think you've chosen good, cohesive graphics for it. It took me a while to figure out how to even place a green slope. Ultimately I wish time progressed faster, or could be chosen to progress faster, as it gets a bit tedious after a while. I really wish there was a way to remove misplaced slopes. Sometimes I really didn't understand why certain pieces wouldn't connect, and so mistakes felt very punishing.

Some audio would be nice, and an indicator of where I am placing tiles down as I hover over them!

Not bad, I like the concept

I liked it! But I think there could be some way to undo a run that's too long or misplaced?

really cool game and idea, wish I could remove slops but it was a fun experience

This is a really cool idea. The difficulty to figure out how to place which slope to place when and where adds a challenge. The game starts a bit slow, which has a slight impact on the experience. Also I sometimes wish I could remove some slopes, but I also think that the inability to do so adds to the challenge.

Overall it is a great game and I enjoyed playing it. :D

Saw this game while scrolling through the list and wanted to play it (good game image). This is a really neat idea. There are a few rough edges but all in all you have something that could be a really fun and cute puzzle game. I'd love to see some tiny (maybe just dots) skiers going down my slopes, maybe some ski lifts! That is all really easy to say after the game jam is over. Its all a balance between getting the game working and adding the little extras. Are you planning to take this idea further after the jam? I'd love to see what more you do with it.

Very original. Never played a jam game like this before. Did not grasp the rules completely, in the sense that I didnt care for the "meter" values but only for the visible height differences. Also found out very late that tile removal is not possible, so with a lot of misplanning I ended up with 2223 money, which is probably really bad...

EDIT: oh the game had such a slow start, I wished it had a possibility to speed up

Good idea. I love this kind of games.

Love the graphics.

Take time to understand what to do.

I added a red square and the game get is stuck. Need a reset button to restart.

Generating money take too long.

Great work
