How does your game meet GBJam's theme?
You play as a ghost who has lost her memories, join her as she journeys through a spooky graveyard!

Dashing through the small gaps took a couple tries to get, but besides that, very solid game. Lovely characters and nice presentation overall. It's awesome to see these kind of games can be made with GB Studio, makes me want to try it sometime.
Cool game, congrats!
Super cool game. Had a great soundtrack and cool mechanics. I'd love to see this become a full game!
It was a fun little game, I enjoyed it a lot. at the start, I was confused but I got the hang of it. sounds are cleaner than the windows outside my house, (So good btw)
The sounds and graphics are very nice the whole game itself, its clean and fun. :D
I got stuck on a couple of platforms but overall good game !
Cool looking game! Definitely a GB game, great graphics and cool sounds. I got stuck on some of the platforming parts, and I thought the intro text/story was a little long and skipped most of it at the end. But the rest was very cool! I liked the expanding level height at the start graveyard with parallax too, can't work out how you did that?!
Reached the end of demo.
Overall pretty good. the music is great!
The only thing that really bothered me is that constant slow down every time you float, is that on purpose?
Thanks!
And unfortunately no, there is a very weird optimization issue with the engine that causes the frames to just... die for some reason when floating, this is no longer an issue in the build we're currently making for the full game though!
This is a cool Mini-Metroidvania! I like the Visuals & Story setup. The music is great too, but SFX were missing in some places. I ran into some minor issues which didn't really break the game. Here is a short list:
Overall, this game really captures the Gameboy & Jam themes well. Good job!
Very funny entry. Everything is super strong, the narration, the pixel art and the gameplay! And my God, it's a very good soundtrack, one of the best I've heard for this jam!!
The music is amazing, great job. Intro scene is very well done and I can't wait to see what else you do.
Wow, the music is absolutely phenomenal! Also the floating mechanics work really well. One of the best entries I have played so far. It really feels like a game from the 90s 👍

The music is super good. Good entry!
Fun little game, great music!
Phenomenal entry! It's all good (even bob's writing) but the sound track is really next level.
I suck at platformers, but I am determined to reach the end of this thing.
update: I got through that damn locked gate!
The writing is bad and the writer should explode
This is the best game I’ve played so far!!
the music, the gameplay, the design, all of them are top-notch and really reminiscent of the gameboy area!! I loved moving around that ghost with their various abilities, and the boss was nice too!!
congratulation for the great work!!
I know this is a skill issue 100% but I can't for the life of me get the jump timing down. I am stuck.
Coyote jump seems to be implemented but its not lenient enough for people that suck at side-scrollers like I do lol. Like I said, skill issue.
Otherwise I like the art and music.
P.S. I did eventually get past the part, didn't feel good though.
2 words my friend, dash ability.
You don't get the dash until after this part, but yes, that does solve the issue. This is the part right before grabbing the key to get dash.
Honestly the main issue would be on our part due to lack of time, the first part that the player is supposed to go to is the left side where you unlock the dash, having access to a coin-like collectible in order to guide the player would certainly help out with it, but we just simply didn't have the time to implement it. Once you get the dash, you can go through the 2nd section where you had trouble with easily.
The key is also used only to progress after the area on the top right as well before the boss battle, so I find it funny how one can literally just... completely skip the dash and head straight into the boss fight.
Thanks for playing though!
This game is a gem! Get rid of the lag, show better what ability is chosen and you have a perfect little game. The music was the highlight. Well done!
top 10 games of all time no bias i swear,
