I had a lot of fun playing and trying out the different abilities. However, I felt like the mushroom platforms were too overpowered, since you can "chain" them together to reach basically anywhere

This is really, really good. The mechanic is well implemented and fun, and can be built upon super easily.

The idea here was quite top notch, and it could really be expanded upon easily. Of course this is just a jam game so can't expect the world from it. Graphics and audio fit the retro theme well.

That was very cleverly done :) I have to admit, I got stuck on the pit of spikes but had a good time all the same.

I like the game mechanics quite a lot. Riding the snail is awesome and its a really well put together game overall

Really fun and genius mechanics done very well. The taking and then putting the items into the world gave some really fun puzzle mechanics. You provided a nice level too. Well done!

WOW! This was a soo nice idea! Very polished, cute and fun game!

One improvement would be to limit the amount of things you were able to pick up. Cause atm I picked up everything once I was done and had like a bunch of stuff so it became too easy.

Otherwise very well done! :D

This is a little hidden gem. Really clever idea with the mechanics and kept me entertained till I escaped with my little friends in the spaceship. Mechanics were good. Cool game!

Very interesting idea! I wish character movement were a little bit more responsive )

I think this is genuinely a cool idea! All the items serve pretty much the same purpose, but each do it in a unique way! The basic movement controls could definitely use some work, not being able to jump with space bar had me slipping off the edge way more often than I want to admit. Given more time this could be an awesome game!

Really cool game! Love the different things to captures and the mechanics of them. Found a bug: If two mushrooms are close to eachother and I shoot them, the stem is left from one of them and I only get one mushroom back to my inventory:
