Nice entry in the "scale your environment category" ! Environment art is pretty good and the music is really soothing. Puzzles are fun but sometimes I think the solution is too easy or I missed the point (I used the exact same solution for the two puzzles with lasers, the green one didn't prevent me from using it, and in the last level I simply created a bridge, I don't see what the laser in there was supposed to prevent me from doing)

Morty they turned us into a jam game Morty and we’re not even in the game Morty it’s just my portal Morty do you know *burp* what I mean
This is a great concept for the jam! In the brainstorming section one of my suggestions was something similar with scaling objects on each axis individually, but we ended up with something else. I really liked the subtle juice in the main menu, the buttons growing and having a nice small sound effect when pressed.
Puzzle games are hard to do and balance on a small timeframe, especially when the gimmick is this powerful. I liked this game a lot, but I had some trouble with puzzle 3, the boulder. I was surprised the boulder could be scaled at all, but when I tried it could only barely be scaled. I also tried unselecting the boulder and I couldn't so I think it might have been bugged. I tried to scale the player because you could in a previous puzzle, but no go. The solution I found was just hugging the outside wall and I could walk right around it, but I assume that's not the solution you intended.
If you continue this game, I'd see about keeping the rules consistent between all puzzles. That may involve not being able to scale the player character however since that'd be really powerful. Being able to select the character in some puzzles but not others preserves the individual puzzles, but it might frustrate the player because the rules are changing. It made me happy that you could scale the object to a negative value as well, I'd toy with that for a puzzle! Maybe you have to invert an axis to create an opening or something.
Excellent job!
I love it! The concept is amazing, the graphics are cool, the art is magnificent, the sounds are alluring, it’s good in every way
it has some bugs, phasing through walls, objects whose colliders stop working, etc. This is to be expected from a jam game, perhaps having some restriction for how much scaling each object can have would solve it
I really wanted to go with a similar idea, but I was stuck in 2D and realized there isn’t many puzzle ideas, but you made it in 3D and have some pretty good level design! Goodjob man
nice entry
Nicely done-physics were a bit janky, but that just made the eventual solutions that much more personal.
Had a blast playing this! The concept is super cool, and the art really sets the mood. Ran into some funny glitches that made the experience even more entertaining. Loved the creative mechanics—great work!
I was hoping I could scale the gmtk logo during the credits!
Very nice game, the idea I think is kinda obvious and one of the first that came up to me, but I discarded it because I wasn't sure I could develop it well enough. You did, and with a lot of polish too, well done!
Very cool mechanics with scaling the objects to get to the Rick and Morty portals. I launched myself out of the map sometimes when scaling the objects into me 😂
Very nice art! I got stuck at level 3, with the bridge. I clicked everywhere and I couldn't scale anything. I didn't understand why the bridge disappeard mid way either.
Game mechanic is really creative and at the same time makes absolute sence without any explanation. Took me some time to figere out that the 2 laser puzzle works when I press ESC, but in the end I got to the end of the game.
Some "bugs" were quite funny, for example scaling player to negative and then walking on his head XD. I'm glad they were in the game to be honest.
Good job with the game.
At first I thought it was nice and simple.
Then I thought it was nice and janky!
Then I managed to walk on my head, teleport to another universe, escape the level when the goal was to escape the jail, resize the bolder into black hole, use grey boxes to make acrobatic jumps!
While physics do crazy stuff at first I thought it's do bad for the experience.
But while playing those were my favourite moments and brought a lot of emotions to the table!
Thank you very much for this gem! It's adorable and nice! I don't know if removing all the limits were intentional but I really appreciate it!
Our submission maybe not as much attractive but plays with physics too. And with the same mentality "bugs can make fun" it plays better than without it :)
Some glitches, but I really enjoyed this. It had a nice, eerie atmosphere to it as well.
Puzzles were fun and concept is cool. Bit glitchy, I would suggest you clamp the values that you can scale, I think that would help. Overall nice work! Would appreciate it if you checked my game out :)
Cool puzzles, they're fun to complete. The game can sometime be a bit glitchy, I struggled to pass certain levels.
This can easily be expanded into a full game with more complex puzzles. Well done!
Love the idea of being able to manipulate the scale of objects to solve the puzzles! Enjoyed the atmosphere created by the art and music as well
I love the art direction and mechanics in this game. A perfect fit for the game jam theme. Graphics and animations are great. Unfortunately, I ran into glitches on the level with the lasers. they kept going through the box no matter how I resized it. Wish I could've played more of it, it was really good!
