How does your game fit the theme?
Defeated enemies become your strength adding armor and cannons, but, as that armor breaks so too does your firepower wane, with abilities that consume that selfsame resource, can you find the balance that will take you to the end?

This game was a lot of fun, I really liked the breakdown animation of the enemy tanks. I managed to cheese the boss battle though by partially hiding behind a pillar, so possibly AI could be improved a bit. For 48 hours though this was a really great effort!
This is a lot of fun, and mind you, I have never, ever said this in a game jam comment - I wish it was a bit harder!
I think you could have a lot of fun with some infinite scaling (adding more enemies and maybe varying them a bit - get some kamikaze tanks, some exploding tanks, some missile tanks), the game is really, really fun!
It is very simple visually, the muzzle flash being 3d is insanely cute, sells the whole aesthetic to me for sure.
Overall, while very simple, this is a lot of fun to play. Controls are very tight and pleasant to use for sure, game makes sense, you understand it immediately.
There is one problem with the game, but it is probably mostly related to the time constrain: if you're on the bottom of the map - everything is cool. If you're on the top of the map, you're blind, since the camera doesn't show you your enemies. I'd rotate the camera with the player (though this is potentially detrimental to the gameplay) or make sure it always sees the whole map by moving it up dynamically - with the camera fixed, it's still a simple, but very much fun game - which is what game jams are about!
This is some top-tier feedback! Yea I currently have some enemy variety in the works with one or two completed along with their new cannon types being acquirable by the player to mix things up, the camera is definitely an issue I'm currently working on addressing, planning on testing out both a rotating camera as well as one that moves depending on the player's position on the map to try and figure out what is the best option for the gameplay that's already present. Thanks for taking the time to check it out!
The game plays really well and it was quite fun. Wish it was a little bit longer because I enjoyed it.
This is so cute! I like the added touch of the extra shots coming out in all directions once you are fully upgraded xD I also like that the enemies' bullets shoot as fast as yours do, a lot of games in this style have the bullets go really slow for some reason. I hope you work on it more after the Jam! I would love to see more!
So fun! I wish there was a bit more to play!
I like how you can see the tank getting more armor. you could have easily added a bar or indicator but you went out of the way to create specific assets for it, I appreciate that. I like how the battlefield changes as well in between each round, provides another element of surprise to the game. Great game!
I really love how the level gets "build" infront of you, I just wish there was a better tutorial to learn the mechanics as I had some difficult even after reading the text at the start.
Still solid submission!
Really cool concept! I didn't quite get that picking up corpses gained shield at first, but once I did I had a really cool 'aha' moment. The difficulty curve felt a little bit upside down - really hard until I got shields, and then pretty easy to steamroll enemies. The game could probably be improved by some fine tuning of the difficulty, but I still really enjoyed growing into a massive mutant tank. Awesome job!
A nice and enjoyable game.
I like the animation when the enemies lie dead on the floor and smoke is going up from them. And after I figured out that you can equip them to yourself I could actually beat the boss XD.
The only thing I would maybe have changed is that the camera is rotating because this way the only way I can see the enemies is by standing at the bottom of the map.
Nevertheless it was a very great game and the fact that the map changed was pretty cool. Great work!
Interesting game. Could see it being a twin stick shooter controls. Only problem I saw was a spelling mistake in "SurVive the boss" in the instructions screen
Haha yea I noticed a few spelling errors on the tutorial screen, that was a pretty rushed job at the last minute to at least have "something", definitely needs a rework. Thanks for checking it out!
Understandable with the 48 hour time limit. I enjoyed it anyways. Keep up the great wor
Really fun arcade experience! Look ma, I'm a tank! Loved the blocky art style, and consuming the remnants of your fallen foes feels fantastic. Great entry!
Really fun game, great power-up mechanics by collecting the fallen foes and growing stronger. I would have also wished for a longer playtime, but maybe you're considering continuing this, would be great with more dangers and features! Nice one and good work!
The idea is great! But the game's a bit too short :( Also, it's weird because the game actually gets easier as it goes, because your tank gets stronger. Except for the boss part, that's pretty hard.
I think it might be good to have a "New Game+" sort of thing in this game. Basically, play the same game again, but without losing any of the upgrades. It's a thing in some RPGs.
Overall a solid entry to the jam!
Great game! I like the idea of using the dead enemies to help fight even more enemies. Making the walls appear and disappear from the ground smoothly is a great polish.
Highly satisfying to absorb the lifeless bodies of my foes and become a god tank. I wish there were more levels, but it's a great game.
Very fun game. Definitely throws you on a power trip haha.
awesome game enjoyed it
presentation could be better
Great game, I saw it on the Live Stream and I decided to give it a try.
Pretty fun, simple but game feel is great.
Kudos, please take some time to rate my game as well
I love this game! It reminds me a lot of the flash Bubble Tanks games. It’s so satisfying seeing the tank get bigger as you consume enemies. I only wish the enemies were tougher to kill or avoid, or the player moved a bit slower, because I didn’t really have to use the abilities to win. But I know balancing stuff like that takes a lot more time than the jam provided. I hope to see this as a full game on Steam someday :)
I wish I could play your game, but unfortunately I've had trouble playing some Unity games in WebGL. In this case, I get the infinite loading screen. The game looks interesting though!
