The UI is truly Fantastic. Game Mechanics are good.  Decent Puzzles. The problem is with Audio. The voiceover collide with each other, But over all a very Good idea

Okay, I just played it. And I have to say, I really like it. I am not normally a big puzzle game kind of guy, but I really like the gameplay in this one. The atmosphere is also great, especially with the voiceovers, and the fact that this has a whole story to it makes it even better. Awesome project. Good job, guys!

Although I can feel my computer retiring with this one, it was honestly very fun XD

Already a good start for a game jam project! I enjoyed the concept of scaling objects and especially liked the addition of voice overs to speak during certain triggers. That helped make this much more enjoyed to play through!

Great job! I do not like jumping puzzles, but I loved the dialogue and game aesthetic! Fantastic work for a 4-day jam!

The scale by camera angle is a neat mechanic, and we thought the game was cute!

As some people have mentioned, we also had some problems with collisions, but thanks to the forgiving spawn points we managed to finish the game.

We really liked the final grab and scale of the game!

Well done and keep up the good work!

This is a good game start for toy and your daughter the main issue is the collisions you should try to keep the collisions to certain actors interacting with other certain actors and making it to where the reactions to each other are all different. All and all a good starting foundation game I hope that you and your daughter continue to improve and grow!

Loved the toad model, he's so cute! Great concept. Thanks for checking out our game, amphibians unite!

Developer(+1)

Thanks so much! I hop(e) all of the amphibian games do well! :)

The graphics and the puzzle design are both great! This is a nice game!

Developer

That means a ton, thank you! I have about ten more levels already thought up to add after the jam so I expect more content for it to be out there soon :)

I'm really bad at this game but really interesting concept and the puzzles were nice tho! Overall great game!

Developer(+1)

Thanks so much! I really appreciate it! I'll be doing more for tutorialization in the full release as well!

Would love to see a full release! :D

Love the asthetics, the mechanics and everything. It's so cool!

Thank you so much!

Nice concept, and puzzles were fun! The puzzles could scale more slowly though, maybe some emphasis on repeated ideas for players to get familiar with the puzzles over time would be good.

I like the 2D art too :) I could “toadally” see it in a sticker pack!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! I definitely intend to make the puzzles scale more incrementally in difficulty when I make a full game out of it! We wanted to squeeze a whole narrative in though so it got really in-depth really fast haha

Thank you so much for the compliment to the 2D art! I'll pass that along to the artist :)

It looks really good and there seem to be lots of systems in place. I was unsuccessful in completing the puzzles tough :P

Developer

Thank you for commenting! I’m happy to give any hints if needed, and I’ll also be making the puzzle progression more gradual in the full release!

the game is fun but find it too hard especially to get the power cell in the room where you have to stack barells (thats where i ragequit lol) i didnt finish the game tho but it looks really good and the ui is realllly clean

Developer(+1)

That’s fair! I made that puzzle intentionally hard so I understand. I’ll be adding better object manipulation in the full release to hopefully assist there :)

Nice work, rare to see a fully voiced game in a game jam :)

Developer

Thank you so much! It was really hard to coordinate in such a short time but I think it adds a lot of polish! :)
