Game's Take on the Theme
The player can spin a fortune wheel throughout the fight to get random buffs. Each boss also has a chance to spin the wheel.

I like the visuals a lot, the roulette there in the coloseum is a nice touch into the theme, the way we move and attack is fine, I would only advice that you either block fuly movement when we shoot flames or make the move animation be acompanied, but its cool as is too. I rate graphics, control and fun on top of everything but all is fine really, also, if you have some time, please, rate my game too, thanks!!!
I really like the idea that the upgrades are only in the center and randomly selected!
Well done!
really loved the theme use. though i think the spinner shouldve disappeared after beginning of each fight and then reappear after completion. You could use it to gain a cheeky collision wall and min/max the bosses down.
Good game, but animations and controls not good enough
Loved that idea of having to spin a wheel for an upgrade mid fight and collecting the money watcher throw! Although the dodge seems a bit clunky to me.
Great game! I liked the visuals and the animations. It did feel a lil chonky though.
Fun idea, i liked buying upgrades during the battle as i race to get gold. This would be really cool if there were more upgrades and things to spin for. The first boss kind of bugged out near the end, he wasnt really attacking or stomping the ground much anymore, i was just ranging him with fire ball.
Managed to walk into the sunset and enjoy my freedom! The boss fights were cool but some more ranged attacks would be good. I was able to kill all the bosses without being in danger by walking around and using fireball. Great job overall.
change the direction of the player was kind of odd, and the attack direction also feels kind of random maybe it was a animattion rootMotion setting, need more polish in the Juice/ feedback in general but was fun to play, also the crowd looks awesome!! good job
was immediately in love with the crowd. Had to go around the arena checking each and every model, and that made me feel like a true gladiator, hehehe! Loved the game overall, but I think the clunkiness of the melee attack throws the game of a bit, especially the hitbox of both the boss and the player. Neverthless great job!
Awesome game. I got a bit confused when it spun for the boss because it was right after saying I needed to spin for power-ups. I like how the boss attacks are clearly telegraphed. There is some weirdness with the camera and the animations but for a jam game its well done! Great job.
Hey! Fantastic. Overall very nice but character facing direction is little intimidating I died a lot. My game is pretty similar like as u. Congrats!

Cool Game! I ran around for a few minutes just picking up coins to get super strong but ended up being too greedy and dying before i ended up attacking the boss properly. But 2nd go just had a go at attacking the bosses. I like the boss designs and overall pretty fun. Also good tutorial to start the game off, knew what to do right away.
Would be good if you could get money another way other than just running around as it felt like you had two options, attack the boss or run around for money.
Very creative!
Its fun to play, but I would tie the addition of buffs to the boss phases so that you can't level up too much. And sometimes when rolling, the character model gets stuck in the boss.
There is a lot to like about this one.
Nitpicking: I think the camera could use some work, especially near the wheel it seems to do unexpected things. Melee combat did not really work out for me, I always got stuck in the boss when dodging. Maybe just a skill issue on my part ;D
And last but not least: I like to see more of this, any future plans?
Thank you very much for the feedback!
Yes, perhaps the UI could help out a bit more in reminding the player when they can afford to spin the wheel.
Fair point with the camera movement, originally the plan was to come up with a shader system to see the player and boss through obstacles, but we couldn't find/figure out a compatible solution for our needs.
Always good to hear the desire for more content! We were really happy to have a solid core gameplay loop down for this jam, so it would be a case of adding more content across the board - more bosses, movesets, weapons, etc.
Thanks again! - Spider and Xarvus
