This is fantastic! A really engaging game with great randomised elements. Felt really well-balanced and I love that you're building from scales.
The only QoL thing I would suggest would be an indicator in the factory which lets you know that you have the materials needed to craft an item without having to click through the list and see what you've got. Maybe the items you can make are bolded versus faded? But I'd definitely play more of this after the jam if it was expanded 🐲
Oh, that is a good idea!
One of the best games in the jam I’ve played so far, bar none. Well balanced so that even a moderately bad run of cards is still winnable if you play it right, charming dragon designs, and well matched music. My literal only complaint is that it wasn’t longer :p
cute cosy game, visually very nice and has a nice sorta clicky gameplay loop
it's not super interesting gameplay wise but i think this is the first game i've seen so far that actually has animal scales as a part of the game
The art is fantastic. The game is simple to get into but it also gets very repetitive and doesn't seem like it has any end state or any downside to doing/not doing something. The gold also doesn't seem like it matters unless I missed something. Even with those downsides, I think this could turn into a super cool game if yall keep working on it because it has a lot of potential.
We did balance for the easy side for the Game Jam
I love the art direction on this! Simple game loop, easy to understand and play. Kudos to whoever drew the dragons, I love the water dragon :)
Very fun, could lose myself quite a bit on it x)
This is such a polished entry, the art is fantastic. GG
The art and menus are so polished and cohesive! And it was really easy to pick up the flow of check the shop -> check the factory to see what materials I need -> harvest the right dragons -> craft the right object -> sell to the shop. I did find that I was way over the gold thresholds, even by the first day they were each set, so it might be good to adjust the difficulty upwards a little bit. But overall, great work!
I love this so much! Management games like these are so much fun to play, and the dragon scales theme is amazing! I was able to finish it on my first play through, but would have definitely loved to see more!
Very easy but relaxing game, enjoyed it quite a bit! Love the art too, great job!
Yay I satisfied the dragons! I could have played this for much longer honestly. Lovely game and the bonus daily cards were great help :) the UI and gameplay were clear. Good job!
Beautiful game! I love the concept and the art! I don't know why, but I kept getting stuck in the shop window. Nice work!
I had so much fun playing your game!!
I wish it had more ways to get ressources and that the game was longer :D
Would buy the full version to play on my spare time <3
I have satisfied the dragons! =D Really cool game, fun to play, I really enjoyed it
Very good designed managment game with neat art and aesthetic. Really nice UI. Great work!
This is an interesting take on the theme scale. Well done! I like the art and the music. The overall vibe is nice. Congrats!
Very cool game! Everything felt super polished. The gameplay felt very satisfying, and the reward cards were very well designed. I can see hints of possible different routes that path the way to victory, which really adds to the replay value of the game. My only suggestion would be to maybe add some juice to the game. Maybe size up the dragon just by 5-10% when hovered, and shake the screen or the crafting window a tiny bit when crafting is completed (you've already added the hammer sound, so why not?). I think these would really add great value to the overall feel. But overall, amazing game, had loads of fun!
really loved the gameplay loop and the gamefeel was great! such a great job. my only feedback is it felt a bit easy, i had lots of leftover resources and didnt feel like there was any chance i would miss the targets
We intentionally balanced on the easy side for the Jam.
fair enough!
It was really cool! I love management games like this, and the dragons are adorable. The art style really highlights and adds a charming touch to the game.
I've also made a small list of improvement points since I find the game very good and just a few adjustments could make it even better! I think some icons are misleading, like the jade amulet which looks too similar to the elixir potion, making it easy to confuse them. Also, in terms of UI, it would be better to have less clicking between the shop and the crafting (for example, having the shop list on the left and crafting on the right, so you can see both simultaneously and avoid mistakes like confusing the jade amulet with the elixir potion). Since there are rare cards, we rarely choose other cards in terms of balancing. In the shop, there’s also little incentive to choose those offering small rewards, as there’s a huge gap between 'raw' and 'crafted' items in terms of value.
Despite that, for a first jam, it's super high quality, and I hope you’re proud of yourselves because you definitely should be ^^

Thanks! I had so many tasks on my Polish list that I couldn't get to them due to time. This is our 4th time entering the GMTK Game Jam. And most of us have done other Jams in the past as well!
Excellent management sim with wonderful art - those dragons all have such distinct personality to them! - and a really strong core gameplay loop. Really appreciate that you've kept the difficulty on the easier side for the jam, was exactly what I needed :)
This is incredibly polished, UI feels great to use and really intuitive and the sfx does a really good job giving feedback for each action.
