Short but fun game, it's pretty relaxing just vibing to the music and trying to get to 40 coins. Surprisingly enjoyed my time playing it!

Nice entry! There's a bit of strategy involved in making sure you build a good variety of buildings so you don't get screwed over. But on the flip side, it's also fun to invest in just one type of building and hope on the RNG gods for the jackpot. Good stuff!

Pretty fun little game. Short play time but is indeed relaxing.

I can see that balancing isn't the key here. When a player makes an investment they guarantee a set amount of return, given enough dice rolls.

If you want this game to be more strategic, consider letting the buildings decay when their number is not rolled. (either every miss, or appoint a specific number that will trigger their decay.

With a decay trigger, you may also want to increase their hp to balance it out.

I mean, it's still your choice, coz it's totally fine to not punish the player at all.
After all, we don't just play to be challenged at all times.

Gotta admit, this was a pretty solid experience.

It wasn't anything too fancy, but I'm such a sucker for city builders & management games, and this one really ticks those 2 boxes pretty well. And I loved the fact that at first the backbone of my economy was simply lots of barns to keep my population fed.

This was truly lovely.

And by the end, my city turned out quite pleasing :D

love the dice roll :P

Nice calm game. Great to relax. The music and the art create a really chilled out armosphere.

I absolutely liked this little city builder or... well. Whatever it is ha. I enjoyed it to get the 40 coins to build the castle and zoned out for a while. Nice music, adorable art style. This can be a good casual zen-like game with some form of challenge-mode too. 3/4/5

Stay crunchy.

Relaxing little game with low scope and high polish will always win me over. I agree with other commenters that it would be nice to have a lose condition. Great music and art

with strategy to make gold out of rolling a dice and turns :D

well made !

A sweet 8bit money collecting game! Liked it a lot :)

Nice pixel art! Simple, yet strategic gameplay. I think it would be more interesting if there was a lose condition or some kind of score syste, because right now it seems that you can get 40 gold eventually even without any buildings

Pretty simple, but interesting.

The castle was restored!

Really fun concept. Very easy to learn and play. Very much enjoyed it. 15/15 for game and theme use. Would love the final congratulations screen to show me how many turns it took to win so I could replay and improve. Good Job. Would love to hear what you think of our little game.

Thank you for playing my game! I am glad you enjoyed it. Agreed, displaying the number of turns is a good idea!

I really enjoyed this game. I love the take on the theme, to implement some sort of simulation game. I also really like the PICO-8 aesthetic of the game. I see myself playing this game on the Gameboy back when I was a kid. Great job!
