I think I 100%ed it, such a blast! My favorite part was all the cool little rewards you could get, the tasks weren't just blank objectives over and over. Super great game considering the time frame for making it.

so good. a lot of people have already talked about how funny the writing is, but the best part for me was having such a great variety of different quest lines available. very clever idea and really well executed, congrats!

This was such a large scope game, and I love the open world aspect you guys got going over here. The voice acting was great, and the story felt very immersive. I don't have much critique to give here! Great entry

Had some *serious* belly laughs playing this game! The humor was spot on!  Really amazed at the sheer volume of quality content you managed to squeeze into this in just a week! Amazing, great work!

Developer

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed!

Delilah is the wife of all time. SMOOOOCH

Fantastic work and absolutely hilarious game. Loved every second of it! Massive kudos for all the content packed in here.

Developer

OMG thanks for playing and especially thanks for the perfect screenshot, 10/10

Love an absurd story, and allowing me to collect emotes to mess with was a genius move.  Found it super fun just piecing together exactly what I needed to do across all the different bug storylines.  Made even more enjoyable by repeatedly clicking my fingers at them and pointing.

Now if you'll excuse me, I gotta go home and tell my smokin' hot bug wife all about my adventure.

Developer

Glad you enjoyed! The emotes were honestly a huge driving force behind development for me lol, it was fun coming up with new ones, animating them, and then figuring out when they should be rewarded.

This is so stupid, I love it!

Thanks for playing! Glad to hear it lol

Amazing! And so much content! I love the writing and the artstyle.

Got me chuckling a couple times - wrinkly exoskeleton :D

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed the wackiness

Submitted(+1)

Well that was lovely. Reverse-kafka adventure in which you learn to do human things like say 'hmm hmm yes' throw dice and emote is extremely creative, and the adventure itself was so very charming. The art style's a fun one, and there is also *so much to do*. How is it this huge? Impressive.
Also many of the names for the bugs were pretty funny, along with the "card game time! wait no nevermind you creased it"
Extremely good and high quality

Developer

Thanks for playing! So glad you enjoyed! Honestly we had a pretty solid framework after the first couple of days and spent the majority of the jam writing more dialogue and setting up all the quests. It was a lot! But we are super happy we got it all out on time

Haha I had no idea I was going to do more than just collect a few rocks. Love how you put many little fun games in the world. Could've done with some ambience/music going throughout the game, but I really enjoyed this experience <3

Developer(+1)

Definitely agree that it's a bit quiet while walking around, something we'll have to keep in mind for the next one as it seems to be a common piece of feedback. Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed!

i've been seeing your progress update on discord from time to time so i was curious what the game looked like at the end lol

but yeah i really love the unique style, good job!

Developer

Thanks for playing and glad you enjoyed! And glad the screenshots piqued your interest lol

Congrats to the team, amazing work! 👍The credits section is cool, giving stories about the development was very nice.

A bit sad cause I got stuck behind the shop, I think I went to far in the corner 😅

Developer(+1)

Oh no! Sorry about that. I should have included a message about this somewhere, but if you ever get stuck you should be able to save and reload and it will pop you back to the center of the main world without losing any progress. Glad you enjoyed what you were able to see though!

The dialogue is funny, the game is huge, the production is thrifty. Only walking and talking gets a little stale, especially with the environment being dead-silent with no ambience or music. But this balance between content design and production values is something everyone should strive for imo.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! Agreed that their could be a bit more ambience to help things from getting stale. We tried to at least keep the a lot of variety in the activities (dice game/safe cracking/shelf stocking/cut scenes), but at the end of the day it is still a Walking Sim, which I know isn't for everyone. Glad you enjoyed the dialogue!
