This is a super puzzle game, it's a pity that there are so few levels
This was a really nice puzzle platformer. I really like the mechanic of killing the person to turn into a ghost and possessing other people to solve the puzzles. I like the art style a lot and the lighting effects are a really nice touch. It took me quite a bit to figure out the salt bag bounces you back for the 6th and 7th puzzles, but other than that it was smooth sailing which was nice cuz I'm too dumb for jam puzzle games a lot of the time. Great work on this!
That was challenging! I couldnt complete some of the levels, but I really appreciated the level select because it meant i found myself coming back to it inbetween other games and giving it another crack. Still cant figure 2 of them out though, maybe after some sleep I will be able to solve 😅.
I think the mechanic is really interesting and its well realised in this game. Its intuitive to pick up, but quickly presents some fun problems and leads to 'aha!' moments. This is all really nice underpinned with some beautiful animations. The graphics and sound work well together along with some background elements to create an intriguing world that pull you in.
I had a couple of resolution problems, but i dont think its anything that actually impacted gameplay.
I would really love to see more of this, I think it could be expanded on to see even more levels with new mechanics or expanding whats already there.
nice work!
Oh I really like this! The light, the animations, the art, really good work!
Really creative take on the task. The game looks and sounds great. The animations in particular were awesome. Great job man!
Really fun game, made me think of these old web games I used to play. How would you work further on this?
Good execution!
WOW perfectly excecuted game! The idea is amazing and well polished. Love to see more of this! :D
Very creative mechanics. I love that there are multiple animations for player death. The puzzle design is quite clever. I really love the level where you have to observe the salt push back logic to find the solution. I like that you didn't tell the player how it works directly and used puzzle design to help players learn. Amazing game!
thank you! if i revisit, more death spritesheets will be my first mission lol. yes that's my favorite level! with two mechanics being the task, i felt that i was missing the mark if it called for explanation, so it was important to me that the mechanics and progression were relatively intuitive. thank you so much for playing :)
Really great game. Loved the salt/inscense bag repulsing the ghosts. good job on the tasks too - a well implemented primary mechanic, a well implemented secondary mechanic and a good sense of progression too! just a funny point - i dived as human and i think fell down and "died" but did not become a ghost and respawned as a human lol.
thank you so much! It's so much fun hearing different people's favorite parts. oh yeah no, he's still falling. there's death and then there's the abyss lol. thank you for playing!
cool concept and fun to play.
i'm so glad you had fun :)
Amazing! Very awesome concept and very fun to play. Difficult as well. 10/10
thank you so much for the kind words :)
Love this! So simple of a puzzle game, but so much room to take it far
my exact motivation! i appreciate the validation and the time you took to play :)
Lovely game. One of the nicest I've seen so far. The mechanics work very well together to create tough puzzles that make you think. I also like the effort that you put into setting the game's atmosphere with the art, ambient sound, and music. I would love to see more puzzles out of you! Solid all around, great work.
this was my second game, first ever finished. this is something i've wanted to try out for years and it genuinely means the world to hear what you have to say about it. thank you so much for your time, i'm so glad you had fun :)
