I really love the art of this game, this style is really pleasant!
Great job!
nice game.
It's an interesting game that I think speaks to each player's playstyle. For example, I found the web useless, so I didn't use the mage very often, but the knight's dash was very useful in running down ranged damage dealers. Good concept and execution!
I liked how the characters each had their own distinct role. I did feel like the wizard felt a bit weak because it was kind of hard to gather up enemies up for the AoE to hit a lot of things but he wasn't useless and he did have a nice slow. Another cool way you could have increased their diversity would have been to make them have bonus/reduced damage to certain enemy types.
From the amazing art to the incredible gameplay, the game was an blast to play XD, Although I feel like the player should have more objects that act as cover against enemy projectiles. I hope you guys continue this project :]
Cool concept! I can only get to wave 4 though. It's great that you must change to other character as , I think, the archer right click attack is overpowered. Well, the enemy archer is also very hard to deal though. It's good game. Good job!
Nice game! I might be an outliner, but I didn't realize you could use WASD to move, so I was having a rough time of it. But after that, everything kinda worked together much better!

This is actually really cool - great UI considerations so you know what "mana" you have left for each character, and knowing which is selected by having them highlighted and rotating in front.
Maybe could have done with some music to make it gel together - otherwise great use of the theme. It also kinda reminds me of Trine with the archtypes you've gone for!
Yeah we sort of ran out of time for music since none of us are actual sound engineers. definitely will look for that post-jam. Thank you for taking the time to play our game
Very balanced for 2 days, every character serves specific purpose and none of them feel either useless or overpowered, fun gameplay too
Nice Idea & very fun gameplay.
The ennemies arrows are a bit hard to dodge, maybe reduce their speed or speed up the player a little bit. The dash for the swordman is a good idea to keep it playable vs the 2 other ranged attack.
Well done :)
Thank you for playing. Balance is definitely our number 1 feedback so we will make sure to take a look at that post-jam
Really cool take on the jam theme! I really liked the concepts and the overall design of this game, the hero swapping mechanic is just really well done and leaves you with a lot you could explore post-jam if you really wanted to
I'd love to see this built out into a form of roguelite where you build your team and send them in to various dungeons or battles to improve over time. Perhaps each hero could also have their own health and when they go down you are limited to your other heroes. Tons of room for creativity with this one :)
Great job!
Oooh that would be really cool. We'll take that into thought post-jam. Thanks for taking the time to play the game!
Really cool idea, loved playing it! Well done!
The stamina draining is a cool idea, but it would be fun if they regenerated a bit so you wouldn't get messed up by having no available stamina left. Maybe I'm just playing too fast, but I never saw it regenerate except between waves.
It does kinda feel like I'm just one person who's switching their weapon though, as opposed to three people working together. Could there be some way to help differentiate them through movement? Like maybe the wizard teleports, the knight is slow cuz armor, etc.?
We tried to make sure they all had pretty good offensive abilities so it didn't feel like you had to wade through the other characters to get back to the character with the highest DPS, but I definitely think with more playtesting we could have helped them settle into more of a distinct role. Currently they are supposed to be Warrior: High Damage, but you need to get close, Ranger: Med-High Single Target damage, but not much spread, Mage: Medium Damage, but has AOE effects so it's better at crowds. Thank you for taking the time to play the game and leave some feedback. We appreciate it alot
very tricky game, the playstyle it entails is fairly interesting
Interesting idea! I liked the shared health and how the stamina forces you to play all types. Hard game but it's fun and interesting. Nice work.
Cool game! Can't get past wave 4!! D:
Yeah the game does get pretty difficult after that haha
I really like the art, very goofy hehe some cool mechanics and strategy in there!
Thank you for playing, and glad you like it!
It was a pretty fun game. I can't get past wave 4. I really like the main idea of having the different characters each have a cooldown, but it feels a lot like a shooter game with three guns that have their own ammo clips. Super good concept, but maybe make the character have different used rather than different attacks. Like a defensive character, and attack character, and a movement character or something like that. Great game.
Yeah we definitely could have leaned more into the roles, but we didn't have a dedicated artist on the team so a lot of balancing time went to asset making. Thank you for taking the time to play our game though we appreciate it alot!
I love it! the art style is so adorable and it's just full of character, and each character has so many abilities!
A surprising amount of strategic depth in a jam game!
Thanks! We appreciate you playing a ton. Hope you had a fun Game Jam
you too!
