Brother to Inscryption. Everything was great with this game and when I was out of cards I was a bit in a stress. Clever mechanics and clean art style.  Just perfect!

Incredible game! The art is great and the mechanics work well. Can't wait to see what this game becomes in futur rounds

Really really great game! A well-designed card game with a real-time twist, and awesome dark aesthetics and nomenclature. Excellent job!

I love the style so much. The mechanics were also very well implemented. I loved that you are allowed to use cards on enemies and get negative attack point on them, so their attacks heal you. This could be a really fun rogue-like deck builder if you decided to expand on it.

Oh man, this is great fun. I also REALLY love the polish around it, this might be the best looking and feeling game on the list so far! I did need a bit of time to figure out what was going on, so it might have needed more of a tutorial, but asides from that it's very engaging!

The gameplay is quite unique and engaging. The auto-battling function might cause you to panic at first, but that only leads to your quick demise. Taking it slow and thinking about your actions is the way to go. I also like the feel of placing the cards, you did nice on that front. Keep it up, would love to see this game continued!

Really cool game! I like the theme you went for and how it felt strategic to either cast your cards or sacrifice for my mana. Definitely need to see this be fleshed out

Oh man I wanted to try this one as soon as I saw it on stream and it did not disappoint. Extremely well done! Reminds me of Inscryption in all the right ways, and your mechanics work really well together. No notes (other than maybe an interactive tutorial for the future) but can't wait to see what you add to this if you keep working on it!

This game has come a long way since the first one I played weeks ago and all in good ways. The strategy feels better and the game is easier to understand. A freaking amazing game! IMO a top 5 game for sure.

This game is really nice. Not my cup of tea normally, but I really liked this one. You did a good job, and I think your tweaks made the game feel so much better!

Wow one of…if not The BEST Itch.io Card Game! The core and secondary mechanic works well and compliments each other The soundtrack is also amazing! No wonder you gave me a great idea to improve on my card game 😅

I would really like to see this game to be developed further :)

This was awesome! An active time card battling game is not something I've seen a ton of but it's a very fun concept and you executed it really well. The ability to use your cards to lower enemies attack into the negative and heal your own card is so cool. The constant ticking timer of the enemies attacks coming really leads to some fun stressful strategizing. Great work on this I really enjoyed it!

Another rage inducing game! LOVE IT.  It took me a couple tries but finally beat it!  Are you wanting to expand it any?

Developer

Yes, I've got a lot of feedback, and I hope to use it! my only problem now is scalability of the project :D

The GOAT. Your game is awesome. It's nice to see how the game improved comparing to the early iterations, haha. Well done!

Great Game! I ragequitted on the first 20 seconds but, ehhh, no body cares about that

Great game. Great atmosphere. Great Ui design.

Definitely top 10 material

Solid entry. The atmosphere is indeed great. Played it a bit before the deadline and tried it again now after the new patch, with the new UI and gameplay changes it feels much better. I could not beat the top guy's 1:09 time but I had lots of fun while trying to do so.
One small note regarding the leaderboard is that it seems  to add a new entry after refreshing the browser even when entering the same name instead of updating an identical existing one on better score, which ends up clogging the leaderboard, especially when we keep refreshing on bad starts. Not that big of an issue though since the focus is on main mechanics and they are very well implemented.

Pretty good overall. Well done!

Hey ☺️ thank you so much for giving it a try and for the feedback.

Ye, the leaderboard will not "update" after refresh. I think this is an inherited issue of webgl builds in general, unfortunately you can't tell that you is you without storing some identity or cookies... I will try to think of something else though 🙂 thank you for a good idea for one of my next devlogs 😋

🔥 Love the atmosphere + gameplay possibilities (boss progression is perfect too)

Great atmosphere and fun mechanics that give the player a lot of freedom to experiment with and strategize!
