where is coyote time, lol?
this will be absolutely better with cotoye time.
gg anyways.
Loved how you could bounce with the sword! I agree about adding Coyote time, I struggled with the controls until I got used to it. Had a lot of fun!! :)
Love the look of this platformer. Unfortunately, I am terrible at platformers and just kept dying. I wish it was easier at the start or had an easy mode. Still, I thought your mechanics were good and I wish you the best with it.
it could be an amazing game, just missing a coyote timer, apart from that one thing, its a very good game!
hard to play without the coyote timer though
Managed to play through all levels. Fun game, good job!
My skills are enough to beat only 5 levels hah. Pretty cool game.
Great game! The sword as both an attack and platform to jump on is very clever. The art style is very cute too. Great job!
This was a lot of fun! I like the mechanic of throwing your sword and bouncing off it. It was a lot of fun to chain it and bounce up walls with it. I think the spike hitboxes were a bit large and coyote time on the jump would've been nice. Overall really enjoyed this, great work!
pretty simple game, try to add cayote jump next time for more precise platforming, it's very essential in this type of games.
GDKO round 2 qualifier for sure 🔥
Great concept for a platformer! Loved the jumping/bouncing mechanic on the stick, really sets it apart from a traditional platformer. Art style was captivating also!
Good job!
Very cute, simple and well executed, great job! I particularly enjoyed the transitions when restarting the level), and the main mechanic + secondary were intuitive and great to grasp.
I would suggest making the respawn process a bit quicker, since it's a game where failing can happen many times, but it did not hinder the gameplay.
Good job!
Very interesting sword mechanic! Fun game!
Fun and Cute. Well done. I would only change the jump button (like space bar) but just a personal preference...
I enjoyed the whole game and managed to complete all 7 levels. The bouncy sword is an awesome mechanic and I like its dual use a lot, level designs were good too, especially liking the ones with multiple ways around
Cute little platformer! Was very fun once I got used to the controls. You picked out some nice art and music too. Pretty much my only critiques would be the ones Brainfart gave on his game dev stream with the game's handling. But otherwise, very fun, I would love to see this game continued.
Overall fun can cute game. Controls were a bit finnicky for me as I am typically used to using spacebar to jump. Some puzzles were great in that they could be solved multiple ways.
Great game, cute graphics and the mechanics were fun. I had a hard time with the controls, not used those, would have preferred jumping not being the same hand as the moving.
I liked the combo of having the sword be both a weapon and a jump assist! Good concept and execution. My only minor complaint is that the hitbox on the spikes seemed a little big, but that only really came into play in the first area for a second where I felt like I should be safe but still died.
Love the game!
Infinitely charming and wonderful levels with just the right difficulty
