Very cool game concept and mechanics. It's a little tough, but maybe I'm just bad LOL. It would be cool to be able to rotate in either direction and to slow the initial game down a little. Great job though, really enjoyed it!
I unfortunately couldn't get past the first spikes as I have such a skill issue with precise games, so I probably missed entirely what the secondary mechanic was. The graphics were nice enough that I probably would've wanted to play more if I could've. Not going to say what the camera's problem was as everyone else has already said it.
Very rage inducing but very very fun! the rotating effect is a lil much but Its cool!!
Very dizzy now. Great game with good mechanics. Loved the winding up of the doors and the no spin zones mixed with the treadmills. Great game!
Great game! I couldn't play for too long because of the spinning, but had lots of fun!
Neat idea and it fits the task very well. It was the most rage inducing game for me this round, so far. I could not get passed the second screw door. Another great game.
This was so freakin' fun to play on stream. I could see this being a fantastic game on mobile especially.
The two mechanics complemented each other so well. Both contributed to progression in their own way.
The spinning could make you a bit dizzy at times, but I got used to it somewhat quickly. The thinking while spinning was harder in my opinion. Maybe have an option to toggle if the camera spins vs only the player spinning?
I'm always super impressed by your games. This one is no different, my dude. Great job.
Really clever and original idea. Definitely a dizzying. I started out okay, but it got too hard (for me) really fast. I think just spinning a little slower would help it (both for dizzy and skill). Still, it was very fun.
Good job. I had fun.
loved this
tho the spinning made me dizzy a bit lol
nice work man!
i think our characater might wanna take some dizzy medicineAre you crazy man? How did you come up with all these systems? I am sick of all the spinning, and each obstacle you threw my way kept me wanting to try even more! I was so close to giving up ALL THE TIME! But then you had a new way to interact with the game I was even more hooked!
I had to stop on that winding path that I had to screw in 3-4 bulbs at the start to turn (Another genius interaction!!!) but then I reached the end, admittedly after taking my (spoon)sweet time, and the door was closed... that was my final moment :D Let me know if there is more or if someone actually streamed the next puzzles! Amazing game!
Fun and interesting mechanic that was surprisingly challenging! Agreed with others that the camera spinning was a little offputting and made it difficult to look at and follow, but I really like the idea overall
I really enjoyed this one. It starts off so simple, but you really explored a lot of mechanics to ramp up the difficulty with the areas that lock your rotation and the timed gates and stuff. I really appreciated the generous checkpointing as well as I found the pretty tough. Great work on this I like it!
Was slightly nauseating but extremely fun! I didn't want to stop playing but I had to due to the spins getting to me. extremely fun and I could see this being fleshed out into a full game, good job!
Great execution of the task! The camera spinning makes it a bit hard to look at though
This to me was a perfect submission for the criteria! Really brilliant use of level design with simple and easy to grasp mechanics to make a game that I had a lot of fun with. First all fives of the round for me!
I think I'm a little bit overspun🤮
A lot of people have mentioned that though so I'll touch on some other things. I really like how mechanics are slowly introduced throughout the level. I think having the player bounce off the walls would have been a bit more interesting and intuitive as having the player instantly turn around felt pretty bad sometimes. The inability to bounce is used as a mechanic sometimes though, but I think having to get the right angle to bounce around those no rotate zones still would have been more interesting. The art is very simple and cute and it was a nice albiet nauseating experience overall. Good luck!
Yeah If I make it to the next round I'm Def gonna add an option to make the camera not spin. Also the bouncing is a cool Idea but I wanted it to be easy to predict the resulting bounce direction but I will try out making the bouncing how you suggested and see the result :)
Lets gooo 5 minutes before the bell rang!!!
Its a great game a lot of spinning, looking forward to seeing how you expand this!!
Great idea and great execution! I also agree that rotating the character would make the game more accessible, but this was a fun experience nonetheless.
I just love when a game keeps introducing new mechanics as the level goes on (like you did with spikes, "mover" zones, zones with no rotation allowed, etc.), so this is a big thumbs up from me.
Keep at it!
Banger game, but please just make the character rotate instead of the screen. I got nauseous playing for like 5 minutes. The core and secondary mechanic are super well implemented. Great job!!
