This concept is so dope. Such a creative game, with great and simple rules. Can't wait to see you in round 2
Wooh I LOVE the art. The gameplay is also very cool. First attempt I got to level three before I realized how the "mana" worked and got to level 7 the next time. Not entirely clear what killed me but it is very interesting!
Thanks for the kind words and the playthrough. Maybe I should make it more clear, but there's a timer underneath the bee. You have 30 seconds to kill it or it's game over.
Ohh good to know!
this has lots of potential! Im surprised how complex it can get with all the mechanics you added. Also the bee being sad when you attack it makes me sad :(
It was more fun and advance that I first thought. Good job! I got to level 10 but I couldn't figure out how to save it to the leaderboard..
WELL DONE :D
Thanks for playing. The leaderboard was something I kind of threw in there last minute, I noticed the bug yesterday as well. I'm annoyed at myself.
No worries, The game was the most important part :P
Best game for me so far as I love card games and auto battlers, well done.
This game is really awesome. I like the auto play of the cards and it was clear exactly what was happening. There was a strategy for picking cards and dropping some. I'd love to see where you take this game!
Oh yeah, and the art was also amazing.
Super cool game - I love it. Can't wait to see how you're going to develop this further (I hope you do). I really liked the graphics and animations and overall gameplay - super slick. Nice one!
Cool game, It felt so good killing that bee on the start, revenge >:D
Finally, someone with some sense. It’s a giant bee, of course it has to die. Thanks for taking care of the bee problem.
One of the few games I played on repeat! All the different cards being able to carry different strategies, slowly building up a wicked deck of various types of cards, this game rocks!
Thanks, I tried really hard to give it some good variety even with such few cards.
This is insanely fun and polished. You are definitely gonna go far this year.
Great game!
Poison managed to carry me up to 8th level )
Love the game!! Love your art like always!! And such a great game mechanic, it's very addictive and fun to play and try out different strategies!!
Really well made ! I chose the poison way and i think it was pretty effective. But ... why ... why killing such cute bees ??!
Really well-made game with good art style and all, seriously one of the best entries here, but I feel like a murderer now.
I really love it, the way on how we build our deck as the core and making the deck more effective through out the levels to complement the core is very fitting very cool concept!
also poor bee🥲What about that poor girl? She got bug guts all over her uniform. Thanks for playing.
Very very fun and well done! Always have loved deckbuilders but not much experience with autobattlers, yet it works surprisingly really well here - I like how you have a couple different playstyles mixed into decks already (straight up damage + crit, poison, or even books)
Another great game from you Loten! Super fun to play, really nice using Calculus to squash stuff! Very nicely executed, with unique art and fun jokes. Went for the book deck, will now explore the poison one.
Thanks for another playthrough. As always I'm looking forward to playing yours aswell.
Gameplay loop is fun and easy to understand!
Buuuut i feel bad hurting all the cute animals lol
Very fun game - the combination of autobattler and deck builder feels great. I like the design of adding cards that do no damage but increase your gold. The tutorial could be more detailed, but the UI and game design helped me understand the game immediately. Great job!
I put a lot of effort into designing a game that non-card game players would want to try. I started creating a tutorial, but I didn't want to scare anyone away with a long, detailed explanation. I figured anyone who likes this type of game would easily figure it out. I appreciate the feedback and playthrough.
First off, I LOVE deckbuilders so I'm absolutely biased but I had a great time playing this. Honestly no criticisms from me, it's lacking some variety and a little bit repetitive but nonetheless I'm so hyped to see where this goes. This has reinvigorated my fixation on making a deckbuilder. I'm not fully sure what the primary and secondary mechanics are but they seem to be buying cards from the shop and combat. If you make it to round 2 please develop this further <3 It's already making my monkey brain happy seeing numbers go up and if/once there's more ✨juice✨ added I might get addicted. Good luck!
Thank you. I was just trying to keep it very basic for this round to focus on the main mechanics. I actually coded a lot more systems in the background for healing, shielding, multiple enemies, etc., but decided to keep it simple for this round. Depending on what Xander does in future rounds, it should be easy for me to expand on.
